Sadly, I called three days before Valentine's Day and they were all booked up. The woman told me to join the waitlist in case something came up and they could fit me in. Then, two days later she called and said she had saved my number in case something opened up and told me they could fit me in Saturday afternoon. I was blown away with how kind it was of her to save my number and reach out. When I got there, I was greeted and taken back to the waiting area and offered a drink. I wasn't even waiting 5 min before I was taken back to my room. Stefani was great at asking what I was in for and kind of breaking down how the appointment was going to work. I had an hour swedish and it was so great! I felt so relaxed and at peace and I left wondering why I hadn't done it sooner! Joyce's practice is truly top-notch. Here is why: 1. Facility: Their office is somewhere between a doctor's office and a spa...very professional, clean, well organized and decorated. The temperature is always 'just right'. I love that it's close to Giant Eagle, as I can run an errand right before/after my appointment. 2. The Staff/therapists: They are great. I had massages from three different therapists before I found 'my' best therapist. All were very good. Cindy is terrific, and I set up a years' worth of standing appointments with her so I was always on her schedule. I love that I'm greeted immediately when I come in; no one puts on snobbish airs. I love that I'm not given a pressure job to buy packages or products. 3. Price & Payment: The rate is just a little bit less than Massage Envy, and the experience as good...well, probably better... My muscles were all knotted up and in pain when I arrived; I left feeling relaxed and pain free. The atmosphere of the spa was very welcoming and comfortable. The massage room was spacious, and the table was large; both it and the face rest were comfortable. I drove an hour for the appointment, since I couldn't receive a massage in my home state. It was well worth the trip. One last note, the rates are very reasonable.

She was so kind and kept asking how I was feeling and if it was hurting when she was working around the affected area. Although it feels like it's helped a little already, as long as I didn't make it worse, I'll be happy. For a brief time, my back, shoulders, and entire body felt wonderful. Money well spent. Update: I went back today for a 60 Minute massage. First, she is possibly the nicest woman alive. Second, I am glad I got the extra time. I didn't realize how interconnected it all is. The were spots just below my ribs that I didn't realize were hurting, and I could really feel a difference after. Also, there were times where I went into, I guess, a blank state. Hard to describe, but I also may have dozed off for a minute. Really strange, but you just melt into the table.
