I called and was able to get a same day appointment with Dana. Dana is very sweet and knowledgeable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she went to work cutting off 6 or 7 inches off to style my hair into a new bob. It's super cute, and it didn't take very long at all. I wish I had this salon near home! I would definitely be back. Dana is so professional. I highly recommend Dana as a stylist. Thanks for a great experience!

Cleo is awesome! She did an amazing job! I have been going to the Aveda school for a long time and…read morewas very unsatisfied with my last visit and was very happy to hear Cleo was open for an appointment. The consultation was great. She had some great ideas to keep the length that I love while still giving me some much needed layers for volume. I have super straight fine hair and I have had bad layering done in the past that were just a mess. Her cutting technique was flawless and they frame my face beautifully. She also showed me some great styling tricks for the cut as well. $35 dollars for an amazing cut was the icing on the cake I have found a new stylist and will be returning for some color soon. I will also be referring as many people as I can to her. I am thrilled with the whole service from start. Book your next appointment with her, she is fabulous!!

If you're looking for someone to get your blonde (or any color) just right, stop searching--Christy…read moreis the one! I've been a bottle blonde for over a decade. I moved to the area from Oregon recently, and after a bad experience with someone else, I came to Christy for help. Not only did she completely fix my hair, but she was also so kind, funny, and sweet throughout the process. She got rid of the awful yellow banding from the last job and took my platinum blonde to perfection--all without any pain or reprocessing, even though my natural hair is super dark. She also fixed my pixie cut and made me feel cute again! I honestly can't say enough about how impressed I am. Just check out her portfolio--she's meticulous and truly cares about her work. Thank you, Christy, for your incredible skill and for being such a warm, lovely person! In terms of the atmosphere in her shop, the vibes were immaculate. It's easy to find if you know which building she's in (the map sent me to the J building but it's in the S building right at the entrance across from the Dunkin). Her shop is a single room inside the building which is so cool! The whole space is just her own in there and there aren't a bunch of random people running around in there like other shops. It's so cool! 10/10 recommend every time forever and ever. I will never go to another stylist.

I hate to even be doing this, but I am beyond disgusted and devastated not only with my hair being…read moreruined, but also the way this was handled (or should I say not handled). I will start off by saying Abbey is very nice, full of energy and loves to talk which made the appointments go by fast. I had been seeing her since December 2023 and going every 3-ish months for a trim and to only get rid of dead ends. Abbey was well aware that I rarely styled my hair nor used heat on it which is why it was healthy and long. My hair was almost 3 feet long from root to end. On 4/7 I decided that I wanted a V cut (did one in the past with another hairdresser and loved it) with some layers as seen in the pictures I showed. There was more than enough hair to work with. I'm not a hairdresser, so I'm asking questions about how this type of cut is done, how layers are executed, and I hear "a lot of people think their hair is uneven, but it won't be when it's styled". To me this statement admitted guilt, nobody's hair should look uneven when it's not styled. (And to reiterate, I barely do anything to my hair, just wash and go which Abbey knew) My hair looked decent when I left, but that's because the curls were hiding the massacre that was done. I washed my hair the night of 4/8 and was immediately brought to tears at what I saw; uneven, chopped up hair. The V was crooked and off to one side, had a chunk missing on the left side of my head, and the layers in the back were cut like a shelf. The next afternoon, I called to cancel my future appointment I had booked in June along with letting them know what happened (by voicemail) and said that they could call me back. I simply received a text 30 minutes later that my appointment was canceled and NOBODY reached out to me! Save yourself some time and go somewhere that actually cares about your experience and wants to make things right, not leaving you traumatized and in distress with no response. Never in my life have I had this happen to my precious hair, it took someone else 3 hours to fix it all while questioning how this was even possible!
