We have used master plumbing now 3+ times. Tankless water heater repair, then finally a replacement, a few other items, a repair of our water main near the meter, then the most recent BIG issue- our water main burst closer to our home under a tree from galvanize deterioration and major root invasion . We had no choice but to turn our water off all together. I called master plumbing and they came in 15 minutes to my house warning that they understood it was an emergency. Cristobal showed up in the window promised, very professional and assessed the issue to see if it could be repaired or need to be replaced. We discovered our 120+ feet of water main piping needed replacement. A couple other guys came and went for additional help as their schedule permitted, teamwork at its finest!
