Cristobal and his assistant examined our bathroom fixtures and provided repair and replacement options for our consideration. We chose the best option for us, ordered parts, they showed up on time and completed the work in one visit at a very fair price. They even took care of some unforeseen issues inside the wall at no additional cost. They communicated well, removed and disposed of the broken fixtures, and were a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend Master Plumbing Solution. read more

We had an old and faulty main shut off gate valve which was stuck - only allowing 25% flow. Requested quotes via yelp services and Cristobal was one of the first to respond with good and fair inclusive estimate quote - while explaining adding a pressure reducing valve is something look into. Cristobal fit me in next day and completed job within an hour. Water pressure/flow inside the home is now consistent thanks to the pressure valve. Before and after pics below. read more

I have a clogged toilet and the overflow pressure was causing leaking from the worn off caulk and flooded my bathroom floor. I was inquiring for same day service on yelp and Cristobal responded right away. We had good conversation over the phone so he can diagnosed the issue and gave me a very reasonable quote. Given the emergency, he squeezed my project into his busy day and showed up within 2 hrs after calling. He showed up with a van with all kinds of amazing tools. With the right tools he was able to get the job done efficiently. Cristobal is honest with his pricing and didn't try to upsell his service like other business does. I'm super happy with him and definitely use Cristobal again! read more

Cristobal was very kind and willing to help out. The service requested was for unclogging a bathtub drain. The drain was unclogged but through no fault of his own, additional water damage occurred to the ceiling of the tenant below. Cristobal was willing to help out throughout the ordeal while we figured out what caused the damage. He maintained a willingness to help all throughout. It could have easily escalated into a problematic issue but his willingness to help resolve the issue helped tremendously in dealing with the unforseen additional damage. read more

It all started with a leak to my basement. I called Cristobal with Master Plumbing Solution as I have used him in the past. The experience was unbelievable, literally! Turned out to be a 2 day job to track down the leak. As Victor(Project Manager) was doing discovery work, they noticed my guest bath hot water faucet was starting to crack. If this would have happened, I can only imagine the damage that it would have caused. A few hours later they found the leak location in the wall on the bathroom below my guest bath. Normally, when a quote goes up for a project, I dont feel good about it, but I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. They also included the patch work in the totals and told me to call them after everything airs out a few days. I could not be more happy with Cristobal, Victor and Master Plumbing Solution. The best part about it is when they are done with the project you really feel its complete and therefore your worries are gone. Do yourself a favor and once they come to your house, do not get any other bids for it will be a waste of your time and money. I will continue to refer Cristobal and Master Plumbing Solutions to my friends and family. read more

Nothing quite makes your day as sewer water suddenly vomiting out of your toilets. After turning off the water and doing some quick clean up, I posted on Yelp looking for an emergency repair. Within 1-2 minutes Cristobal responded and after asking a few questions, he said he'd be here in about an hour. Cristobal was very efficient and checked the plumbing, snaked the main line and fixed the problem in about 1 1/2 hours. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you very much! read more

Super responsive, very friendly, did a great job of explaining things and prices were competitive. We've found our plumber!

Cristobal was great from end to end. Rapid response to my Yelp task [only hot water coming out of shower head ], provided availability the next day, quoted the most likely cost range based on my description of the problem, as well as the 'next' range if he found deeper issues day of. Showed up on time, and texted a few minutes ahead as I'd requested. Shoe covers at all times. He identified the needed replacement parts, left to source them himself, returned quickly, and installed the parts. Checked in with me a couple times, and had me give him feedback on the settings for maximum temp output. He billed me right in the middle of his quoted range, and showed pictures and some video of the work he had done. Accepted Zelle, suggested waiting until the next morning to let the silicone set, and offered a verbal six-month guarantee, which I noted in the Zelle comment. Happy Customer! read more

We started to do what we thought would be a simple project of just replacing our kitchen faucet. But some issues came up that we were not prepared for nor able to easily solve with current tools. Used yelp and Cristobal answered. He immediately responded and said he could be over in 20 minutes despite it being after hours. Both he and Isabelle arrived and got everything fixed and installed the new faucet in 10 minutes. I appreciated their immediate response, kindness and understood we needed help now. They were professional and I would use them again if need be. read more

Cristobal was quick to respond to my quote request. He provided a rough quote as I asked and was available to service the next day. Cristobal responded at 9:45 PM on a Friday night and was at our home Saturday morning at 8 AM. Great and honest service! Quick response time and managed to solve the problem of my leaky and clogged kitchen sink pipes.

I was actually referred to a different plumber by a coworker, but wasn't hearing back from them so I replied to Cristobal's response to my Yelp request. He was extremely quick to respond, super polite, and wanted to get someone out ASAP to look at the project and get me an estimate, with the potential of fixing it at that time. Isabella came out the next day. Everything went smoothly, until it didn't, like all projects you think will be smooth and easy. It ended up costing me more than double what I was expecting, however I understand what the issue was, and they did a great job completing the project. Isabella did most of the work herself and Wilson came in the second day to take on a small portion. Then she completed the job. I'm very happy with it, and their recommendation, even if it was much more expensive. It will pay off in the long run. The way they handled the issue and care about quality is why I'd bring them back if I need anything else done. read more

I am very pleased with the job done and at a fair price. I will call this business again.

I hired Cristobal from reading his Yelp reviews. There's always anxiety when I don't have a personal reference. I put the ad in Yelp and received multiple replies from different contractors. From the start, Cristobal stood out above the rest. I was looking for someone to install a steam generator. Half of the replies said they didn't have the expertise. Cristobal came, looked over the project, put me at ease that he knew what he was doing, and gave me a fair price. The work was professional quality to the point my GC asked for his contact. His communication was always same day and often within the hour if not minutes. He is very client focused even when he is busy. And just as important, he has this wonderful up lifting spirit to him that is pleasant to be around. I've been in a 6 month renovation with all types of interactions with contractors. Not only do my interactions with Cristobal rate at the top but he has this optimistic attitude that put my mind at ease. That plus the good work are a rare find. I highly recommend Cristobal without any reservation. read more
