It all started with a leak to my basement. I called Cristobal with Master Plumbing Solution as I have used him in the past. The experience was unbelievable, literally! Turned out to be a 2 day job to track down the leak. As Victor(Project Manager) was doing discovery work, they noticed my guest bath hot water faucet was starting to crack. If this would have happened, I can only imagine the damage that it would have caused. A few hours later they found the leak location in the wall on the bathroom below my guest bath. Normally, when a quote goes up for a project, I dont feel good about it, but I was absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I was actually referred to a different plumber by a coworker, but wasn't hearing back from them so I replied to Cristobal's response to my Yelp request. He was extremely quick to respond, super polite, and wanted to get someone out ASAP to look at the project and get me an estimate, with the potential of fixing it at that time. Isabella came out the next day. Everything went smoothly, until it didn't, like all projects you think will be smooth and easy. It ended up costing me more than double what I was expecting, however I understand what the issue was, and they did a great job completing the project. From the start, Cristobal stood out above the rest. I was looking for someone to install a steam generator. Half of the replies said they didn't have the expertise.
