The US Rooter insisted that it was repaired and that my water meter was bad or I just need to replace the whole water line leading to the house.   After months of having a continuous small leak it finally emerged into a much larger leak that needed repair. This time I used a different plumber (Roto Rooter) that found the leak (same one) and did a ROCK SOLID repair. My water meter dial doesn't move. NO leak!!! Also, Roto Rooter had informed me that whoever did the previous repair job, didn't know what they were doing and the water line should have never been repaired the way it was.
