Love using their garage valket for parking. Super fast and friendly. Abouyt a buck or two more than the other lots but car is parked in secured parking tower and not concerns of anything. Paid for detailing, their vendor scratched my bumper, MasterPark assured me they would fix, its the next day and the car will be fix today by the end of the day. Kind of upset my car was damaged, but they are doing everything thing to right it. Will use them again next time out of SeaTac read more

Great place to go if you want reliable, quality and fast service. Here is my experience with them, having used them several times a month. You get there, park your car in a covered area, walk over to a shuttle, get in and wait (wait is between 0-3 minutes) for any other customers nearby. You are zipped over to the airport and dropped at the shuttle area. There is a short walk up the escalator and through the covered bridge into the airport. On your return, you go to the same shuttle area, having called in your ticket number before getting to the curb. The shuttle is always less than 10 minutes (they run several at a time) and is on average about 3-5 minutes wait. They stop twice in the airport so it is a quick ride back to your car. The big win is to sign up for prepay once on site. Then you just tell the person that answer the phone that it's prepaid and you are set. With prepay, once off the shuttle, you walk direct to your car, waiting with the trunk open and the keys and receipt are on the dash. No waiting to pay! The only thing to remember is MasterPark has several properties near the airport, so you must get on a shuttle with a big "G" on the windshield. The driver will confirm this before you get on. read more

Master park Garage has been my least favorite of all of the parking garages at Sea Tac and out of habit I have used them more than any other. They are the most expensive, because of the undercover parking. However on a couple occasions they have parked my car outside because they ran out of room but I still paid the same price. Their shuttle schedule is terrible. On almost all occasions Master Park A, B and C shuttles all arrive before G arrives. Why is that the case? They've gotta do something different with their business model because the price we pay for parking here surely warrants better service and more amenities. read more

I have parked here twice, each time for a week and have always used the Valet Garage but I am never parking here again. * Shuttle buses (just be careful that you hop on the right one) come by the pick-up areas at the airport very frequently. However, there seem to be more for the B and C shuttles instead of the main Garage. This is just my experience though. And even then, I didn't have to wait for very long. * They do not honor their web coupons. Or the daily rates advertised (even with the fine print). * Gal at the front desk/check-out was not very kind and when I handed her the coupon and asked her why they weren't going to honor it, she just shrugged, mumbled something, and rang me up. No "thank you" or anything. * Very expensive compared to the other parking garages. The convenience and location are great points, as is the option to have covered parking, but you can find something equally as good at a cheaper price in the same area with better customer service. read more

After a lot of research, I'm glad that I finally chose MasterPark to leave my car with while on vacation. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately (not within 5 seconds or 10 seconds, they were actually waiting at the parking spot for me). The driver took my luggage from my car directly to the shuttle, and we departed right then. The time from drop off of my car, to being in the airport was about 10 minutes. What amazing service! When I returned, I gave the office a quick call and they had a van arrive about 5 minutes later to pick me up. My car was waiting for me on arrival. The payment process was straight forward. My car was exactly as I left it. I have no trouble leaving my car with this company on my next travels. Very professional! read more

This is great. Everyone was so friendly. I pulled into the garage, got my ticket, and hopped on the shuttle to the airport. Boom, boom, boom. No messing about. The shuttle was waiting for me and as soon as I got on - we were off. I was at the airport in less than 5 minutes. On my return, the courtesy phone was easy to use, the employee on the other end was very helpful and, again, the wait was less than 5 minutes. I got picked up at night and after watching white shuttle after white shuttle go by - it was really convenient to be looking for a distinct yellow shuttle with the distinct yellow G. These shuttles are much easier to pick out in the endless sea of airport courtesy shuttles. When I was picked up, I hadn't even gotten on the shuttle before the employee was taking my heavy bags out of my hands and loading them. Even though I had given my ticket number over the phone - he radioed ahead to make sure my car was ready. Paying was a breeze and while I was in the office settling my bill - my bags were loaded into my car without me lifting a finger. Really great service, really helpful employees. Great place if you're in a hurry. Needed to get to my flight fast, but I didn't want to pay the outrageous daily rate at the Airport garage. This was just as fast. Pulled right up, got out, printed my Alaska Airlines boarding pass, and got on the shuttle. A few short minutes later I was in the terminal! Return was just as easy, one quick phone call and a yellow-shuttle ride away I was back at my car. They offer 25 Alaska Airlines mileage per full day of parking. Definitely not the cheapest, but it's way less expensive than the airport garage, and you even get a little pampered. They also have a coupon on their website. I usually park at AJAX 2 when I'm not in a hurry, but I'll definitely be back! read more

However, I won't be coming back due to the extra, snarky $.099/day "living wage" surcharge which was added after Seattle's minimum wage hike. I have stayed at this location many times without issues but when they decided to mess up, they did it to the extent that I will never bring my car to this location again. I will probably never valet park my car again as my trust in a valet type of service has been tested by this incident. I had been video taping the snow from the car in January when we arrived at the valet garage. I set down my little camera on the dashboard and promptly forgot to put it in my bag getting the rest of the things out of my car. Totally my fault, I forgot it.... BUT.. When we got back, it was gone. That one's not my fault. The manager told me he watched videos that didn't show them at fault but didn't let me see it. I offered to show him what the camera looked like so he knew what he was looking for, but didn't want it. I had to call him to get updates. He returned 1 actual phone call over a several week period. I find their response completely sketchy. He should have shown me the video so I could trust that they did all they could to find out what happened. I personally don't think he watched a second of video. If you stay there - DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING OF VALUE IN YOUR CAR and don't forget anything you actually meant to bring with you. read more

Never again!!! I found a dent on the front passenger door of my car. It seems to be caused by another car parked next to it in this location. I noticed this hit as soon as they drove the car to me. I immediately talked to the manager in charge and he told me he will call me Monday which NEVER HAPPENED. I called Wednesday that same week but i didn't get any solid answer and today Monday (after a whole week) the manager just leaves a voicemail saying that HE THINKS the hit was not caused inside the location and that i could call back if i want to. We left 2 of our cars at Master Park Garage for 3 months this winter. We wanted them safe and secure as we do not have a garage at our house. Before we left I was in communication with Nigel Swamy, the manager. He was exceedingly accommodating, professional and attentive to our needs. During the 3 month period he made sure that our cars were started frequently so as to keep the batteries charged. When we returned with our pets and luggage we hopped the shuttle, paid and returned to our vehicles and off we went. We also had our cars detailed prior to our return and were very happy to have shiny clean cars! We are so glad to have the service of Master Park and the staff ready for us every time we fly out of SEATAC (frequently)! read more

Rip off. I left on a Friday night and got back on a Monday night and because I was over a few hours they charged me a full day. No pro rated parking here. Used them for 3 days and 4 hours and paid $89.15 ($18x4 + $3 in wage bs fees, and $17 in taxes and other hidden crap) Park somewhere else and don't get ripped off like me. The main airport parking lot would have cost the same or less at $28 a day and pro rated and they don't stack up a bunch of HIDDEN FEES. Fool me once with your misleading advertising. Never parking here again when I travel. Thumbs down on masterpark for ending a great trip with a sour note. Might be worth a call to the Washington attorney general. read more

Very good service. The shuttles are regular and fast. Only complaint with the garage is that I parked my car here during the winter and when the Valet drove it up it was covered in snow. I like the valet service and the covered parking, but the drivers can be atrocious. We were asked to get off the shuttle (five people with luggage) so that other people could get on. We hadn't gotten to the right drop-off point and ended up walking the full length of the airport to get to our ticket counter. There drivers are really poorly trained. read more

When the MasterPark garage first opened, I used it almost exclusively. Despite the high cost, it's one of the only covered parking options near the airport. However, after several extremely bad customer-service experiences, I now go there only when my car needs a detail -- their detail service has been very good and reasonably priced, in my experience. The latest "bad taste in my mouth" occurred last weekend. My car needed a detail, and I was going to be out of town for a long weekend. Drop-off and the transit to the airport were fine (as they usually are) but on return, as often happens, things fell apart. Long story short, I was charged the wrong daily rate, the coupon I presented (from the MasterPark website) for bonus Alaska miles was not honored, and the only way to correct the issue was to go through a lengthy process of calling a manager, canceling the charge and starting over. This is not the first (or second, or third, or fourth) time something like this has happened here. I recommend going to other (non-MasterPark) lots, where you'll find MUCH better service. Your car won't be covered, but you'll also pay half the price. I would still recommend the MP Garage for detail service, but after this last experience, I'll probably look for someone else to do that next time, too, just to avoid the hassles with the parking staff. read more

We've used this garage 3 times now and have had stellar experiences each time. As other reviews have noted, the experience is smooth and seamless. You drive in, someone meets you at your car, takes a few pieces of info from you and that's it. You hop on the waiting shuttle while the driver loads your bags. It's a totally no stress way to get to the airport. Even with a one year old. Coming back is equally as easy. Give em a call when you get to the island and your car is waiting for you when you get to the garage. They do the basics well, and that's what makes all the difference. read more

I travel more around 300 days a year and have my car parked at the airport around 200 days a year. At first I parked at SeaTac; I didn't have to worry about the high parking rate because my company paid for it. Then after realising how much time I spend trying to drive around to find parking, having to walk from where I am to the actual terminal I decided to try out one of the garages; MasterPark's Valet Garage was the first one I decided to try out. Signed up for their VIP card (so I don't have to use a coupon every week. Unlike many other garages MasterPark offers free Alaska Airlines miles. From the time I park my car for the valet, someone is there to help me out, willing to offer to take my bags to the shuttle, and take my info for my ticket. I enjoy tipping, so I never mind letting the driver or staff carry my bags for me. Since I save so much on parking at MasterPark than at SeaTac, I am able to get a hand wash or detail on my car every week I'm gone (and it's STILL cheaper than just parking at the airport.) When checking out, all my info is stored, I get my keys and they always offer me a water bottle, they'll take your bags and put them in your trunk for you. A big downside is not having a rewards program for those like me; I emailed the manager and they went ahead and gave me a few free parking passes. I was quite please with the way they handled it and informed me that they are in the process of creating a new system for frequent parkers. I've tried a few other garages and MasterPark's courtesy, fast help for calls and when parking. read more

I will never park anywhere else when traveling out of SeaTac. Recently we went on a three week trip to Thailand and Cambodia. The coupons offered savings on two weeks or one month. The daily rate for our trip would be more expensive than the month discount rate, so I called them and they gave me the cheaper rate. The day of the trip, we quickly dropped off our car and were whisked to the airport and got our boarding passes. It was then I realized that my phone was still in the car! A panicked call back to Masterpark and they quickly retrieved my phone and sent it on the next shuttle and saving a lot of headache on our vacation. Thanks Masterpark! read more

I have never had a problem with MasterPark Valet Garage before this last trip. But I had an Orca card in the front of my car which was there when I left, and not there when I returned. I had my car washed inside and out while I was gone. Since the card had a fair amount of money on it, I am not a happy camper. On the other hand, it's hard to believe someone would pilfer an Orca card unless they travel by ferry regularly. So I like MasterPark Valet Garage but am awaiting to see how they handle this problem. read more

We had such a great experience when we left our car in this well kept, clean, safe garage while vacationing in Hawaii for a week in November 2015. When we returned and I called to ask for a shuttle pick up they actually knew my exact car just from my name. I didn't know what bridge I was by but she told me to just go stand near 3 which she knew off the bat was the closest to where I was. When we arrived at the garage they had my car right up front and ready. The check out process was fast, courteous, and actually pleasant. It was a breath of fresh air after a six hour flight, it being late no sleep and having to be to work in 5 hours. They follow you right to your car and get your bags and load them into the shuttle when you arrive then they pick you up at the airport and return you right to your vehicle. I've parked here about a dozen times. Very well worth it. Their pickup is speedy. They usually have my car waiting for me when I get back. It's secure. They are also really close to the airport so it doesn't take long to get to and from their lot and the terminal. Bottom line is I haven't parked anywhere else since finding this place. read more

I'll give them a 3/5. I like the fact that you can park your car in a garage and not have to pay the outrageous rate at the airport. I also like the fact that the location is very close to the airport and the shuttles are very frequent. However, I have found that nearly every time I pick up my car here, an odd looking purple substance is on my car's windshield. I have no clue what it is - it washes right off but what's the point of parking in a garage if it gets dirty? Pricing, while better than at the airport, isn't very cheap compared to competitor lots in the area. Finally, I don't like the fact that I have to readjust my mirrors and my seat each time I pick up my car. They're fine - but I consider them pretty average in comparison to all of the SeaTac offsite parking outfits. read more

Never, Never again!!!! I've been parking here for longer than I can remember, but actually, since the garage was built. I always plan ahead and find, or download the best coupons I can find for their discounts. Last trip; here is my last. Went to Phoenix for 6 days, downloaded the weekly rate coupon for $85.00. Got back in, last at night, to find some guys trying to jump start my BMW. (there's absolutely nothing wrong with my BMW, they just don't know how to start a keyless car?????? Oh, man, what are they doing, they have the hood open, digging around, a week later I am still trying to polish out the greasy fingerprints they left all over my car. If I can;'t get them out I'm going to have to file a claim!!! Next go inside, the girl won't take my coupon, says I wasn't gone a week. co I can;'t pay the weekly rate??? WTF!!!! no way this is happening to me. I'm finished, and you should be too, take my fair warning, STAY AWAY FROM MASTER PARK !!! I have always been impressed with this lot. They are fast and courteous. When you get back, you can set up auto pay so you don't even have to talk to someone. They also have cold bottled water waiting for everyone. I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get to the airport, there's always a shuttle on hand. Getting back from the airport you can call and they come get you very quickly or sometimes you get lucky and there's a shuttle just driving by. I highly recommend! read more

We left the car in the valet garage and they returned it full of birds droppings. We complained and an employee reluctantly took it to the car wash. Not a word of apology. They had the car for 5 days, in a garage, you would think that the car would come back in the same shape as you left it. What's the point of using the garage over the open air lots. When we received an invitation for a web survey, we were told that it was quite normal. Oh well, poor customer service seems to be the norm there. read more

I started using the valet garage last year after previously having used lot B just down the street a lot and a Wally Park lot. The service level is usually very good and the process of drop off and pick up is fantastic. Like all of their lots, calling ahead with your ticket number from the SeaTac pickup islands will have your car waiting for you at the lot. At the garage they back it in and open the trunk/back hatch. I also like the Alaska mileage credits & they store the mileage number so you don't need to give it to them each time. I believe the AAA rate is the lowest rate they offer of all of their discounts but their website has coupons if you don't have AAA. But what elicited the review is my last trip through. I was rushing a little bit and ran quickly from my Scion xB to the shuttle bus. Once on , the driver took off and as we did the turn-around on Intl. Blvd I realized I had left my cell phone in the car. I told the driver that I had left something important-he asked what and I said my cell. He asked exactly where it was in the car and I told him. He radioed the garage and they grabbed it from my car and confirmed they had it. He then told me they would just run it out to me on the next shuttle. Once he dropped me at the airport, the next shuttle was there in about 2 minutes with my phone. Fantastic help-not even a hint of condescension for my absent mindedness. And I was on my way barely delayed at all. One other note, these guys know the difference between a Blue Onyx Pearl xB and black. That rawks. read more

Took a half hour for a SRO van pick up and no assistance with luggage. Employees were not service oriented. Valet garage managed to produce two pretty good door dings during the two weeks stay. This was the first and last time for this company which did not live up to its billing in our book. Better to just leave the car in airport parking. read more

I travel a lot and have used other lots. MasterPark is a professionally run organization which I appreciate. Recently in the beginning of July I dropped my car at MasterPark and was whisked away to the airline, upon return I called the lot, Van was there in 5 minutes, car was right by the counter and away I went. The person on the phone was courteous, the driver was courteous and the counter person was courteous. Best of all they had smiles on their faces and in their voices. That comes from liking where they work and it shows in how they care about the customer and their vehicles. i wont go anywhere else....Keep it up MasterPark! read more
