Master Dry Cleaners saved us! My son was working at Interlochen for the summer, and we met him in Traverse City to take him to a family wedding in Chicago. We discovered last minute that the only suit he had with him had large stains on it. We needed cleaning with turnaround in less than 24 hours so we could make it to our flight. They were super responsive, and turned around the suit in plenty of time for the flight. And the suit looked so much better! They were courteous, considerate, and really did save us. Just moved from California, didn't think that I would EVER be charged more for dry cleaning.....however I was wrong. Not only dry cleaning fees are higher....had a pair of blue jeans hemmed. Couldn't believe the fee was $14.00 for a less that straight hem that had to have take approximately 5 minutes to complete. Next time I'll take all my dry cleaning needs downstate. read more

Not surprised to see their very low yelp rating. I stopped going a while back but tried them one more time because of their proximity to my house. Ruined two of the items I dropped off and "needed more time" with two others. When I asked why they didn't let me know she stated that they have two many customers to call when there is a problem. Still charged $40 for three sun dresses -two of which they dry cleaned in stains. read more

I have been going here regularly for about 12 yrs. not many options in TC for dry cleaning and to have shirts laundered / pressed for work. In the last 6 months or longer there is a significant downward trend in their service. Quality of care in what they do is slipping. I am going to look for a new dry cleaner after all these yrs. read more

I brought in 11 men's shirts and requesting they be laundered. 10 shirts were laundered and 1 was dry cleaned. I did not ask for dry cleaning for any of the shirts and asked why the one shirt was dry cleaned at a cost to me of $7.20 (laundering a men's shirt there is $2.80). The employee said that the cleaning label allowed for dry cleaning as an alternative to laundering. Anything can be dry cleaned but I did not ask for that. I won't be going back. read more

Management seems to be getting worse as the days go by. None of the employees seem happy. The owners seem to have no clue on how to run a business. I've talked to current employees and spoke with the owner a few days later about their concerns but he seemed not to listen and dismissed his own employees. He believes his management can do no wrong. The treatment of employees and management can only be described as a dictatorship. The business has lost a couple employees in one week after the start of the new take over of management. I know if you're not a man in this company you have no voice and will be dismissed as soon as you speak of any problems. The feelings is as someone who listens to the employee is thi business gas set women's rights back a couple decades. My advice to anyone who wants to work here don't be female. The owner and management are men and will treat you as less than human. read more

This business is the absolute worst! I spend quite a bit of $ with them and it seems like every other time I have them clean something it comes back stained or wrinkles pressed in. I was in there last month at around 8:00 am an the clerk had a strong odor of liquor. I think this may be the cause of many of their issues. Very disappointing, the worst part is that I can't find a better alternative! HELP! read more

One instance is this...when we promise our valued customer's that their garments will be ready on a normal turn around date, some stains or special item garments may need to be ran a few times or special spotting may need additional time this is why we may ask for more time which is no additional cost to you. Some items are more fragile than others please keep in mind. We have some clients that ask us to note orders giving more time is always o.k. which is extremely helpful that gives us the time to provide the best service to you. As always if you aren't satisfied with a garment or service please let us know right away we will do our very best to serve you as excellent customer service is what we strive for. I have been the floor supervisor for some years now and I consider all of the staff and owners as our second family. I can't say enough on how much respect we, as staff are given. Our employer's are on the floor with us on a daily basis to help us and encourage us to do our very best to serve all of our valued customers.
