Unfortunately, there is no consistency in the days and hours of operation, as well as no convenience. People usually do their laundry after work or on their days off and for three quarters of the population, that's evenings and weekends in which this business is closed. What is the point of providing a great service when you're only open while your customers are working themselves? Apparently he couldn't comprehend that I was talking about two identical washers. Then he accused me of overloading the washers that weren't spinning. I have worked in a commercial laundry twice. I Know that it is impossible to fill up a washer so much that it doesn't spin between cycles or agitate. Then he told me that it is my fault if my clothes weren't clean. This is after the $1 increase per washer load, no matter what size washer! By the way the dryer time and temps have been adjusted too.
