I needed to have a wool coat that goes to my upper thigh dry cleaned. My estimated bill will be $16. I don't even know if this is a competitive price anymore, but honestly it is higher than what I used to pay in Southern California. Ample parking all around the building. There's even drive-thru service. There is ANOTHER dry cleaner in the same parking lot. Lololol. It's called Master Cleaners. For Valentine's Day, All American had cute hearts painted on their windows. Will update this review come Friday after I retrieve my coat!

I took a new 3 piece suit, and 2 new white button down shirts to be cleaned/dry cleaned/ironed,…read morewhen I picked up my items, I expressed some concerns about the shirts not being done properly. When I unbagged the items at home, both shirts appeared to be wrinkled and one of the shirts had a green streak/stain on the right arm and an orange streak/stain on the chest area. (These are not cheap shirts, and they were never worn, still wrapped in their packaging when I dropped them off). I took them back, and I informed the staff I was not okay with the presentation of the shirts, and they then offered to redo them, but advised if I didn't like they way they did service I should "use the dryer cleaner next door (MASTER CLEANERS). So I left the shirts with them, and as I was driving away, I turned around to go back and take their advice. I walked in, asked for a refund and said I was taking her advice and going next door. The staff member then advised me she couldn't do the refund and I would have to see their other branch for that. I said that was fine, I'd take my shirts without the refund because I didn't trust them to have them properly done anyway, and I took the items next door. The attitude of the staff in this location was completely unprofessional. The service they provided was extremely unsastisfactory. And they may have ruined a $75 dress shirt. They called me back approximately 30 minutes later to offer me a refund, to which I replied, just keep the money you lost my business anyway. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT.
