From the beginning, Sam was the most responsive communicator of all the companies I reached out to, which is one of the reasons we chose him for the job. His bid was reasonable, and we liked his professionalism. When we asked to reschedule from the spring because a bird had built its nest right next to the house, Sam was very gracious and said he'd work us in once the babies had flown the nest. He then booked us for the week of the 4th of July, and two of his guys worked a full day on the holiday to get everything done within a week.
