DONT EVER EVER go here if you are a single mother. The business owner takes pleasure in yelling at…read moreand harassing his customers. This is the worst experience I have ever had. He was completely unprofessional and immediately started attacking us, threatening to tow our car because we needed to leave it there for an hour to be able to come back and get it. My mother is one person, it is completely idiotic of him to assume that she would somehow be able to drive two cars at once. I hope that you lose your contract with U-HAUL because I can tell you right now that no business wants to be associated with someone who calls their customers bitches.

As a female I will never ever ever enter that establishment again.!! I utilized an online U-Haul service operated by Junior Peter auto property. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the establishment was closed, even though it was 9:30 in the morning, and I was guaranteed when I spoke to a person yesterday that someone would be there to help me today. Not to mention the online hours are 9a to 1p. I'll spare you all of the infuriating details. I will sum it up by saying I spent an hour and a half struggling to pick up this vehicle. I spent An Hour and a half in this man's driveway. I called him twice during this time, he did not answer or come out of his house. So after three other phone calls to U-Haul, I was finally able pick up the truck. AS SOON AS I left the property of junior peter auto I immediately received a phone call from him. Hmmmm? Which means he was watching me the last 1.5hrs?? when I picked up the phone he didn't say hello. He didn't introduce himself. He immediately started screaming at me at the top of his lungs that "you better come get your fucking car or I'm gonna have it towed". I said I'm sorry can you please repeat that? He screamed at me again telling me I have no right to leave my vehicle there. Meanwhile, I was by myself and going to get my daughter to help me grab my vehicle. It's kinda hard to drive two vehicles at one time when you're one person. While being harangued by this man, I hung up. I don't accept that kind of behavior, so after a few moments, I decided to call him back and calmly tell him I'm coming to get my vehicle and then he proceeded to scream at me again telling me 'I should know better, I'm not responsible for your Vehicle, get it now or I'm towing it, and topping it off with "you fucking bitch" and then hanging up on me. I don't care who Junior is & I don't care who knows himbut that is not how you speak to customers, or people in general. Hope he loses his U-Haul contract and hope he has the life he deserves Shared post

Try to be buddy buddy but give you the crappy car parts in the end. I put over 2000$ into the car to surprise a friend who's car was kicking the dust and he drive it for a month and all the parts they put on broke and he was told that the parts on the car were old and from older cars not even fit for the car just tack welded or jammed inside to get the car out of the shop. Put in a report to the BBB and got a call say why I did it and they just talked trash the whole time. Lookin for demo car parts yea go here but if you really want your car fixed? Go somewhere don't waste your time or money because I sure as hell did.

Just another lie. 2 hours later the broken part made it into me. Broken in 2 spots. They had my money already and insisted I went to one of their other yards to pull the part myself. Like a fool I listened and no cars that even came close to my grand prix. I went back to the store and was given the runaround bad. During my entire wait I watched more people go through the same runaround. They are rude, disonest and complete rip offs!!! They must survive solely on customers from out of town and internet sales because everyone i know stay away from this junk yard. Funny that if they took half of those thugs sitting aroun just beyond the shop door and put them to work it might be a almost ok place but they keep the thugs close for all the upset customers demanding a refund like me.
