His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would. And my vehicle was totaled and because of his screw up and neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he has the nerve to charge me late fees.

He even gave a great recommendation for transport and we got the vehicle in just 2 days, across the whole country! (I'm sure transport varies depending on availability). I've dealt with a lot of sales reps in my time, and Steven is one of the most professional. We were waitlisted for a rav4 Prime since March 2022 and he called us in July 2022 when one arrived. Kelly, the finance manager, is also very helpful in handling all the docs. Not as easy since we live several states over. I definitely recommend Luv Toyota, you won't encounter slimy sales tactics like other dealerships out there.

Chris told me the price and it turned out to be less than he thought. He also let me know about some other things that will need to be done in the future. When I got in the car it was clean and just the way I left it. If you need service on your vehicle you would be wise to check here. They work is done as promised and the price was reasonable. Do not trust anything Terry says. While one of the vehicles was at West Herr Hyundai getting a new engine installed, their technicians informed us that the vehicle also had a broken coil spring and a broken stabilizer link. Terry was told about this and said to just bring him the receipt for the repairs. When we brought Terry the receipt, he suddenly said he didn't know which account David Chaplin wanted it charged to, so we left the receipt with him. When we returned, Terry's entire attitude changed after David decided he would not cover the repairs. The only reason I am giving 1 star instead of 0 is because David did cover the towing cost for the vehicle. My advice to anyone considering buying from Hamburg Motors: take the vehicle immediately to a trusted garage and have it fully inspected by a mechanic you trust. Do not rely on their word alone. Also, NYS will investigate any shop that willfully passes a vehicle inspection improperly for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. Keep your bill of sale, get a written quote for the faulty parts, make sure you get pictures of the damaged parts, and file a VS-35 form with the NYS DMV if needed. This vehicle should never have passed a New York State inspection.

It was a newer year with lower mileage. So we went to go take a look! We spent a lot of time with Richard here, who was very nice. He was great with my daughter - made her a balloon animal, and gave her some swag from a Geico representative that happened to stop by. But this was definitely the "tightest" place that we stopped at. It had an extremely traditional car dealership feel. We talked A LOT, and did a little bit of paperwork, and we were eager to take the car we came for on a test drive. Until we learned that it had been sold. So we felt like we had gotten a bit of run around on that one while they tried to get other options for us. I definitely would have appreciated that information in the beginning instead! We were already there, so we looked at a couple of other used vehicles and took some test drives. We enjoyed a Subaru, but the Kia Sportage seemed like it needed some work. The manager here seemed nice at face value, but there was something about him that I didn't like. Maybe it was just that *used car dealership demeanor* we all know and love. We ended up leaving with a little bit of swag, but no vehicle. It was definitely my least favorite of the places that we visited. About the only thing I liked here was Richard, because he seemed genuinely nice, if not a bit out of place. I am honestly undecided on this one - it might be worth a look if you are interested in picking up a Kia, but there are definitely better used car dealerships out there!

When you buy a business, you should honor all commitments made to customers that have been faithful to the dealership for the last 8 years. After complaining about this last time, they did change the oil for free, but refused when I brought it in this time. Today I was told that the car needed to have the rear brakes replaced...again. We just had all new breaks put on and within 13,000 miles, they want me to replace them again. They are not willing to honor or stand behind the work they did, and wouldn't even offer a discount based on their poor installation or use of crappy parts.
