This company was dispatched to tow it for me. They arrived promptly, with the right equipment--a flatbed truck. The driver was super courteous and efficient and he had the car loaded and off to the dealership very quickly. Beware of Rich Colburn (salesman), and Shaun Gleason (service advisor), the mechanics lie when they are too lazy or can't figure out what's wrong and just make up what's wrong, and if you take it back they will tell you it's something completely different. I used to trust them so much with my vehices but, they are so unprofessional they didnt even put things back together they took apart and still returned my car to me writing lies on my bill for hundreds..well for hundreds you put things back together (they actually made the issue worse)...and I have spent thousands upon thousands there but, they descriminate against older vehicles and make up lies to cover their ass as to why they won't work on them, branding the owner and vehicle because they don't know how to fix classic cars, they have no knowledge of them, no training and are too lazy to troubleshoot. They would rather fabricate problems and lie through their teeth. The whole service staff is incompetent, oozing with inexperience and corrupt. You can't inspect a vehicle at their high standards then turn around two months later and say it isn't safe when it just passed their high standards and the reason is ridiculous because the car is completely redone and certain non issues have been that way for 20 years. How can they pass it and then turn around and say it isn't safe, in the same condition two months later? If they actually believed their lies... the condition didn't change over two months so that means they would have passed it not being safe two months beforehand and should lose their licence, which I have proof they passed it and then said it wasn't safe with no changes in condition in those TWO MONTHS (which I can also prove)...which I'm reporting to NYS. They are pieces of shit, dishonest as can be ever since Tracy Woods left...they are nothing but, incompetence. Don't ever be nieve enough to believe a word they tell you or spend a penny there. Their dishonesty outshines their company name. The kids at Boces are more trustworthy an knowledgible than them! Trust me. And don't buy a car there, you will pay far more than it's value, as they mark their vehicles far above market value and will barely take a penny off the price. I did because I was foolish enough to trust them. Their salesmen are high pressured, the service people push repairs not needed at unreasonable pretentious prices, and the office staff are bubbleheads. The salesmen and service people aren't much smarter. I urge you don't get ripped off, stay away and don't waste thousands at this corrupted business!! Just because they will make up any excuse not to work on your vehicle....and know nothing about how to fix cars, it won't stop them from charging you hundreds for nothing, such as replacing a gas cap or fuse at premium over priced prices!! Purchased a vehicle on 12-23-21 from Dave on payment plan. 6 months later I get my first( of 4)…read moreletters from DMV stating they could not issue me a title for my vehicle because of a discrepancy in the mileage. His mileage was lower than the mileage stated when he bought it. I took this letter to him and he said he would take care of it. Approximately 1 month later I received my 2 nd letter from the DMV stating the exact same thing. I took that letter to him also. He said he was working on it. By the time I got the 3 rd and the 4 th I had given up with him. And started seeking help else where. On 12-23-22 I was involved in a vehicle accident. Needing my title asap for insurance. So I had no choice but to go back to him once again. Come to find out he had did nothing to correct this problem. I had to go to the Mayor and senates office to get this done. And because of his mileage discrepancy I lost my warranty. And had to pay for work done on it. If I could give this a 0 star I would. And my vehicle was totaled and because of his screw up and neglect to fix it when I asked this held up my insurance pavement for 2 month which included his pay off. And he has the nerve to charge me late fees.
