While I was on the medication, he monitored me with blood tests. When an unusual blood platelet reading showed up, he immediately tried to determine if it was caused by the medication. My problem was not listed on the medicine's data sheet as a side effect. But because it could become a serious medical issue, Dr. Glaser called the manufacturer directly. They acknowledged that it was an uncommon and therefore unlisted side effect. He immediately terminated that treatment. Thanks to his insight and his conscientious nature, I was saved from future medical dangers. For years he has been treating sun damage spots on my head; biopsying them, freezing them, removing them, etc. When I needed specialized surgery or plastic surgery because of the nature or extent of cancer cells on my head, he has always sent me to excellent surgeons. He always followed up to make sure I was healing well. Two weeks ago a cluster of painful pimples appeared on my wife's back. The secretary fit us in for a same-day emergency visit. Dr. Glaser knew at a glance that it was a shingles outbreak. A prescription went right to our pharmacy and we left with complete instructions for its care. We have already had two follow-up contacts from Dr. Glaser. It's not just the big stuff he follows up on. I have dry skin on my legs because of bad circulation, so I get reminders to use a lotion on my legs. Anything that is of concern to us, is important to him. Something is always popping up. We are quite comfortable in calling for an emergency appointment. His office staff is very accommodating. We have an ongoing need for a great dermatologist and that is Dr. Glaser.

I have an infected cyst and the derm said they couldn't do anything for it so they referred me to a surgical derm which could only take it out a month later I can't wait that long with an infected cyst. So I went online and I found this dermatologist location and I'm so glad I did. I had dr, Cerveny and he took out the infection, put me on antibiotics and will remove the root next week when the infection subsides. The parking situation may be an inconvenience for some as it's super tight and small, but they provide valet service if you feel it'll be a hassle getting in and out which is nice. The day before my appointment I became super stressed upon discovering my job scheduled me to work. I called trying to see if they could schedule me that day and Jackie, the receptionist, managed to fit me in last minute. Fate or not, I was incredibly grateful for their accommodation. I was looking for an FAA medical examiner to renew my flight medical certificate so I could get…read moreback to flying again. These doctors are hard to find since not everyone is certified to perform this type of exam. I called several places and many either no longer existed or were not taking new pilots. Luckily, Dr Panzer's office was only about ten minutes from me. I stopped by without an appointment, not realizing walk-ins are not really accepted even though some of their online listings make it seem that way. To clarify, there are two separate medical offices in the same building, and only one side is Dr Panzer's practice where he handles FAA exams. The other side is unrelated. Even without an appointment, they were kind enough to fit me in. I waited a short time since another patient ahead of me needed extra attention, which was understandable. The nurse who took my vitals and Dr Panzer himself were both professional and courteous. The entire experience was smooth and welcoming. I left feeling genuinely satisfied and relieved to have found a good FAA medical examiner nearby. Highly recommend this place to any pilot who needs their FAA medical done right.
