I work a desk job and end up hunching over in front of a computer most of the day. I also started working out again recently and have been feeling the strain on my muscles. He was attentive when I told him what I thought my problem areas were, and thorough as he smoothed out the knots from my poor posture and exercise. I really enjoyed my visit, and I'm looking forward to seeing him again soon. read more

Thank to yelp for helping me finding Rob! Its my boyfriend's birthday and I think it would be a great idea to give him a body massage as a relaxation gift. I've read so many good reviews about Rob, and I just can't wait to make an appointment with him. I messaged Rob a day before the appointment and asked him if he can squeeze us in for a 60 minutes massage on my bf's birthday. Thank God that he's able to pencil us in for a 8pm appointment the next day. We got to the location 10' before the appointment. We walked over the apartment and gave him a call to let us in. His place was actually a private resident, not an apartment complex. Its located right on the corner of 2nd and Eagle street. Rob greeted us and welcomed us with enthusiasm. The place was nice and cozy. He has 2 dogs, and they're adorable. I was able to sit in the living room while waiting for the massage session. Rob asked my bf some questions regarding his work and activities that my bf does everyday, so he can focus on the problematic areas. Rob also asked him about the specific areas that my bf would like to work on. My bf sits and works on computers everyday, so he has lots of stiffness, and tension on his upper back and shoulders. Rob worked his magic and smoothed out all of those stubborn knots. My boyfriend felt so relaxed and awake after the massage. Overall experience was phenomenal. Rob is a great massage therapist. He's friendly and funny. We had such a great time meeting him and working with him. We'll definitely come back for our next session. read more

This man changed my life. I had been having pain in the middle of my back that was waking me up before my alarm for over a year and a half. I had seen several massage therapists quite a few times, gone to the chiropractor many times, and rolled the living daylights out of my back with four kinds of foam rollers, and nothing helped. Extended time of not getting enough sleep was hurting my work performance, and making me a weaker climber. After One appointment he fixed the worst of my problem, and I am able to sleep until my alarm now. I can't wait to go back and work on my secondary pain complaints now! read more

Rob is exceptional. Regretfully, I have the need for regular "body work" and have seen numerous physical therapist(s) and licensed massage therapist(s), not to mention having been involved in a comprehensive pain management program including a physiatrist--a doctor specializing in rehabilitation medicine. By far, Rob is the most professional, skilled, and insightful practitioner I have seen. (Rob provides receipt(s) upon request for insurance). Rob was easy to schedule with--he is busy, but offers broad hours of availability His office is easy to locate, accessible and safe. Parking is readily available. As one would expect, the office is neat and clean. Rob has an easy and professional demeanor. Needless to say, all of this contributes to the positive experience. After my session, Rob generously shared many insights about my circumstances in a sincere and friendly fashion. Strongest recommendation--TJ read more
