When we arrived, there was no receptionist. We had to look around for someone to check us in at 2:57. Two ladies left their clients to greet us. We were informed that they were only expecting one person. We were checked in and led to a room. By this time, it was 3:10. We were told to allow them 15 minutes to finish with their current clients. We waited 25 minutes and they still were not ready. We had to leave without our massage to get to our dinner in time. While I was there, I noticed a pot of lotion, where it seemed pretty clear to me that they used it on other clients, which is unsanitary. It's called double dipping and has other clients skin cells in it. There's no way to know what body part they would use that lotion on. They could be spreading athletes feet, among other things.

So I understand when someone is training or fairly new. But this was not that. 1. The therapist should not spend 10 min with the drape in place massaging you. 2. The purpose of the initial draped phase is to prepare your muscles for the massage. That should take three to five min. unless you requested longer. My therapist, (female dark hark dark outfit) spent 30 min of a 1 hour total body massage on my back. Note: The largest muscles are glutes, quads, lats, pecs etc. that's where the time should be spent but most people don't like all those muscles massaged, which is why I am clear that I want a total body massage. 3. She spent too much time on my back. (I did not request extra time be spent). 4. I constantly asked her to move on and I even ask the manager to come I the room and explain but she continued to massage my back. 5 This horrible experience cost $55 including tip. (Yes I tipped over 20%) for that experience. 6. The Therapist needs to manage her time better. 7. During the massage of just my back, we used my translator, because I kept asking her to move on but she didn't understand.uneven ask the lady at the front desk to explain and she still move to the next bodypart On my translator she types, "The Massage experience is a shared one". This ensures hand to skin contact and you can actually feel the various muscles and contours. My therapist was obviously not licensed in the state of GA. She probably spent a little too much time on my back, which didn't leave a lot of time for shoulders etc but she is open to feedback and will adjust if you need her too.
