We went for massages and facials today and had the best time! The inside is very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable while we waited. There was a complimentary massage table available during wait times and also a cozy waiting area with water, tea, and coffee available. Literally forgot I was in southlake while I was in there! The services were very good, and we will certainly come back for another spa day! read more

Before my wedding, my skin was extremely dry, so I got a hydrafacial. It deeply hydrated my skin and prepped it perfectly for the big day--I was thrilled with the results. read more

Anissa is incredibly talented. she works to relieve my muscle tension & even gave great resolutions for home treatment.

Darian is a gem; he has truly great massage technique! If you've had a great massage and a not-so-great one, you KNOW there is a world of difference. I wish I could afford a massage weekly... and this is where I'd come to and who I'd ask for every time. read more

Darrien is amazing! One of the best deep tissue massages I've had. I added hot stones and aromatherapy and it's worth every cent. Definitely recommend going to him for a massage read more

I purchased the monthly plan and was on it for a long time and moved and had to cancel and called them to cancel and then looked on my account a couple of months later and they said that they forgot to take it off of there, but I could come in anytime and it would be a credit so I call back up there and try to book an appointment. They said they have no record of the three months that they owe me and then I can't get anything done Poor management poor customer service that's why I don't like monthly subscriptions to things because they never hold true to their word read more

Gracie at MassageLuxe is the best! I highly recommend her especially for a 90-minute deep tissue massage.

I've been coming here for years. Cannot recommend Candice enough for your facials. She will get you glowing! I wish I could show before and afters (but I didn't take them recently). She does an amazing, detoxifying facial massage during her service. She's great. Thank you !! read more

It felt more like a doctor office than a place to unwind and relax. I also didn't like the membership plugs that kept coming

The massage was pretty basic. The place is nice. The real problem is after your massage they harrass you to give a tip and sign up for a membership. I been getting massages for over 15 years. I never seen a business keep asking for more money after the massage. It's a real turn off. I am not going back, I don't want to be harrased to buy other things afterwards. read more

Gracie is the best! She listens and works on specific areas but also doesn't miss a thing. I feel less stress and my tender places go away. I see her monthly and it has definitely improved my life. I sleep better and move better in Pilates! read more

Gracie. Gracie. Gracie! She's the best and so is this business!! Been going here quite a while and always enjoy good service.

Gracie is fabulous. I went in for a deep tissue massage and she puts in a lot of effort to work on areas you need worked on. The staff is so nice and the place is really calming. Their hydrobed is also amazing. They only have one so sometimes you gotta wait (in which case I just leave) but I've used it once or twice and definitely enjoy it. They love their returning customers (who wouldn't). So I was definitely put off once when they didn't ask me to use the bed first and asked her (even though I was done before her) but it's all good. Overall would recommend this place. read more

Great venue. Very professional. Excellent waiting room. Love the excellent massages and facials. Highly recommend massage therapist Gracie. She does an excellent massage -- either relaxing or deep tissue massage try an add-on treatment! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR AND MONEY here. Over the past few months, I have endured the worst massages I've ever had. You really couldn't even call them massages. Clearly, most of the staff is not well trained. I doubt they are Certified Massage Therapists because they don't even know the names of common muscles. The massage therapists HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEY'RE DOING. It's like they just grabbed people off the street to come work there. They have no idea how to manipulate the muscles properly for soreness, overuse or to relieve trigger points. I have tried at least 5 different ones. All they did was rub my skin with some pressure quickly, almost like they were in a hurry, which is neither relaxing nor beneficial. Like I stated before, they do not actually know how to give a real massage. I have asked them to concentrate on specific areas, but they never do. They have three or four "moves" they used over and over, never working the muscles of my shoulders or neck, where most people carry their stress. Also, the entire place is FREEZING! This is not a comfortable environment for a massage despite heated tables. The management doesn't listen as both customers and staff complain about how intolerable the cold temperature is year-round. If you're looking for a good massage, look elsewhere! read more

HORRIBLY RUN COMPANY! Do not waste your time and money! They constantly cancel and you have to make appointments weeks out. The massage left me so bruised I could barely sit down the next day! read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I tried to cancel my membership because they never had openings and then they told me I could just transfer the amount remaining in my account to a gift certificate. I called to get the money I paid turned into a gift certificate and they told me that It was too late to do that. Guess I'll have to dispute it with my bank because they had control of my debit card and kept charging me. The girls answering the phone have always been rude. My massage therapist was great but I know they treat them terrible and pay them next to nothing. read more

I made an appointment request over a week in advance, I got an email confirmation for my date and time. When I arrived the mail employee at the front desk was very rude and told me I didn't make an appointment. After showing her the email I received, she proceeded to tell me that I didn't have an appointment and that they "tried" calling me to confirm, but she couldn't tell me what day or time they called. She also told me they left me a voicemail, which is not true because I showed her my phone log and my voicemail box on my phone. I was very much looking forward to experiencing this place that had "good" reviews, but left very disappointed, as she didn't even suggest another time or day I could come in. She really just had an "sorry I can't help you" attitude. read more

Beware! My necklace was stolen after my masseuse Louisa insisted on taking it off multiple times. She was very persistent even after I refused. Finally I agreed To let her take it off because she promised to make sure I didn't leave without it but unfortunately she never reminded me to get it and I forgot after the massage. Why wouldn't a seasoned professional masseuse put it on a safe place? I called. left messages and emails immediately. Police were called and a report was filed because iI felt setup. However it was never recovered...The diamond necklace was very sentimental. Please beware of Massage Luxe in Southlake. read more

Very disappointing. I had a membership pre-pandemic. I cancelled my membership when lockdown occurred and they didn't give me the credits I paid for after the pandemic was over. The owner said there was nothing she could do. But we all know as the owner there were definitely things she could do to ensure I got what I paid for. They just took my money and said sorry. Horrible customer service. read more

I received a Groupon from a friend and I had a great experience. I had never even heard of MassageLuxe prior to the treat. Looks like it is similar to Massage Envy in that it is a chain and you can purchase a membership. I opted for a deep tissue massage (over the facial.) Unfortunately, I do not remember the gal's name who performed the massage, but I can say she was awesome! She was quite knowledgable about trigger points and finding the origin of my aches and pains, being the middle of my back. My fellow friends agreed that their massages were great, as well. After the massage, we were treated to a 15 minute session on the HydraMassage table. Damn, that was incredible! I had never seen one of these wonderful contraptions before; a mattress with dry water jets at the bottom. Lay down, hit start, and the glory begins. Yes, fully clothed, the warm water jets travel up and down to hit the tight muscles. We were told that a membership to the company includes unlimited 15 minute sessions on this thing. I only wish a MassageLuxe was in Las Colinas! read more

I have received multiple massages at various different establishments. This was by far the worst massage yet. I was excited to try a new massage parlor because I had received an hour massage for Christmas. I was supposed to be receiving a deep tissue massage first off and it was more like a back rub. I couldn't imagine having to pay $60 for a light back rub. The massage was supposed to be for an hour but was cut short to 45 min and when I asked why that was the case. They stated getting undressed and dressed was included in the one hour massage time. This was a ridiculous statement made and I will not be giving my business to this establishment again. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. 0/10... read more

It's worth mentioning that the 3 star rating is due to the therapist making an offensive comment regarding my hair at the end of my session, which was in a low loose bun, so I definitely won't be using her again. She was also way too chatty for me and several times I wanted to mention that I'd prefer not to talk and just relax, but eventually she quieted down...some, and I still left satisfied with the massage. I place no blame on MassageLuXe for her blatant ignorance though, and solely chose the low rating based on my experience with the therapist. I've seen chiropractors regularly, but this was my first massage so I bought it through Groupon. Called on a Sunday and got an appointment same day (thank goodness because I was tense!) for 6pm. Facility was clean and they offer you water or tea while you fill out paperwork on an iPad and wait to be called. We started a couple minutes late (iPad had technical difficulties and I had to use the bathroom), but it didn't really bother me and the massage was still really good. I signed up for the $60/monthly membership (including 1 massage a month that rolls over if you do not use, unlimited use of the HydroLuxe bed at 15 minute intervals, and 15% off their products) since there's no contract. The use of the HydroLuxe bed was included with my Groupon after the massage. I thought it would be something only MassageLuXe had so I was excited to try it...but turns out it was just the Hydromassage bed that most Planet Fitness locations have. So needless to say I was a little disappointed since I have already experienced it, and personally consider it just to be okay. The bed is VERY loud and can throw off your zen after a peaceful massage. Anyway, that's irrelevant to the actual massage. It is the next day and I'm VERY sore on one area of my back, but I told her I had a knot there so it was to be expected. Just wanted to mention it for any other first timers. You WILL be sore if you ask for firm/deep pressure on any areas of your body! read more

I truly love this Spa. The front desk is super sweet and beyond helpful. I came in on a Groupon. I booked a facial. My esthetician was running a bit late (no worries as i know things happen) BUT the manager made it right for my inconvenience. I used the Hydromassage an extended amount of time (and it ROCKS) all i can say is wow about that machine. The front desk receptionist made me this awesome lemon ginger tea and then my esthetician was ready for me. REBECCA gave me the BEST facial ever. She is so caring and in tune with her clients. Ok. So i loved it so much... I joined the monthly VIP package. I am worth it and i want to keep coming here. Next month i will get a,massage. And i will update !! read more

Very disappointed in this place. The lady was more interested in talking than anything else. She didn't work at all. She continued to talk and not relax me one bit. She seemed like a party girl who should have straightened up 30 years ago. According to her she even still lives like a bachelorette with roommates in her old age. I was so frustrated. Wasn't cheap either. read more

Great value at a quality spa. Massage Luxe hires the more highly skilled Massuese with some experience under their belt. Unlike other national franchises, who hire staff right out of school with no experience & have high turnover of their staff. I've been going, regularly, for several months & am able to book with the same Massuese without issue. Monthly membership is super flexible, massage or facial. Get a free half hour if you bring a friend. Membership includes use of a hydro massage "table" after your traditional massage, at no charge. Nice perks. Clean & contemporary spa. Highly recommend. read more

Just sent my wife in on a Groupon. They started her massage 5 to 10 minutes late, they ended 10 minutes early, and they did not include the water table which was included in the Groupon. On top of that, she left being extremely unimpressed by an absolutely mediocre massage. read more

The only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because I truly think the girl who gave me my massage was rather new, or just had poor training. There seemed to be a bunch of regulars there, and the inside was clean and beautiful. But as a girl who gets Swedish massages monthly, that was by far the worst massage I've ever had. P.s This was my first time there. read more

Brianna was absolutely amazing!!! I've had many massages and this was by far the best. If you go here request her. My boyfriend went as well, and his girl was 35 minutes late so he only got a 24 minute massage... and I'm still giving it 5 stars, because Brianna. read more

Went today for my second massage and this time with Brianna. It was overall amazing. From the moment I walked in it felt like a very relaxing place and everyone was warm and welcoming. Came in 15 mins early to do paperwork but it didn't take me that long so they offered me a chance to use the hydro bed or to start early which was fantastic. Brianna did an amazing job, I asked for Deep tissue which she gave, she paid special attention to the places that needed it and checked in throughout my 90-minute massage to make sure everything was feeling ok. You could tell she was a very experienced masseuse and I walked away feeling so loose and relaxed! I will definitely be back and will request Brianna! read more

Very professional and they always do a great job. However I was a bit annoyed this time making my appt. I had used them a few times before with a Groupon. I called again and made another appointment and was told I can't use it. After telling them it was a gift and have no control over it. They made an exception. No where does it say that you're not allowed to use more than one in a year or ever. If hats going to be policy post it! Put it up in the facility and on the Groupon. When checking out I was told it was written I can't use in big red letters. I think it was very unprofessional on her behalf and just should've handled it better. Needless to say I won't be going back. Which is sad. I really enjoyed the massages. read more

Wonderful Service and amazing masseuse at this location! Today was my first time at the Southlake MassageLuXe and this is now going to be my primary location going forward. I was initially skeptical about going because I needed a truly deep and therapeutic massage. When I called, the manager highly recommended I see Abigail. Boy was she right! I've not had such a amazing and focused massage in quite a while. She was professional, friendly and especially knowledgeable about my problem areas. Abigail ROCKS and will now be my primary masseuse! Thanks MassageLuXe for have amazing front end associates and therapists! read more

My fiancé and I did the couples package. Which I do not recommend, it is the same treatment with nothing added except you're in the same room(facing away from each other) and it's an extra charge. However, I still rate it 5 stars because the staff is beyond friendly, professional, and accommodating. Both of us were very pleased with the basic massage we received. Will return here in the future. read more

Been coming here for years and suddenly it's not the place I used to love. I think this new ownership is to blame. Prices have gone up and they harass you to buy stuff every time you walk through a door. I don't recognize anybody at the front anymore, not to mention my favorite therapist has jumped ship, understandably. Not a good sign! There are other good therapist but good luck getting scheduled with one of them. The people there don't know what they are doing. Definitely look anywhere else unless you want to be bombarded with sales tactics and incompetence. Blind leading the blind here!! read more

I have been 5 times now and I couldn't recommend it more. The recurring membership is a solid deal. Have seen two different masseuses and both were receptive to the notes I gave them beforehand. read more

Went in with a groupon and was told that with $5 extra they would do a couples massage. Took advantage of the deal since the and so glad that I did. The rooms were clean and the staff was super friendly. The techniques my massage therapist used was perfect for me. An hour went by faster than I would have liked but definitely enjoyed the whole experience. Towards the end they offered the hydro luxe massage which is just a pound machine with water jets below for a full body massage - I would consider skipping that the next time only because why would you want a loud machine to "massage" you right after the awesome massage beforehand. I would go back to Massage Luxe again but will stay away from the machine. read more

I had a one hour specialty massage. When I got to the room it was freezing. I mentioned it to the therapist and he said "sorry, I can't do anything about it." The massage was good except the guy kept going too hard. I was wincing and pulling away. I told him once to go lighter, but I enjoy more when a therapist can read your body language. Also the guy had a long beard and when he was massaging my chest his beard touched my face. If you like a deep massage it would be good for you. If I come back I'll ask for someone else. read more
