Management is unpleasant and extremely unprofessional using profanity with a client should never be allowed. At this point it is what it is but I would reconsider joking a subscription with them they don't mind taking your money. But easily get upset at simple questions about the account.THIS IS A SCAM PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT YOU SIGN A AGREEMENT SAYING YOU ARE STUCK PAYING THEM FOR 2 MONTHS read more

I walked in with a lot on my mind. My masseuse Jennifer gave me a 60 minute massage - all under my backside. I've never had a massage performed this way. A-Mazing! I'm now relaxed and calm. I can't wait to come back! read more

I had a gift card for a $90 minutes massage but could only book a 60 minute do to their availability even a month ahead. Then they told me I owed then $21 for the 60 min massage because the 90 min massage gift card wouldn't cover it. Even their manager said the same thing. Their solution was for me to get a membership. Terrible customer service and stealing. read more

My massages from Barry has been great. He is able to zero in on my issues, allowing me to feel better when getting off the table. Really knows his medical A&P (Anatomy and physiology). read more

The massage was good so i cant give a 1 star. I went in for a 1 hour massage, i walked in and out of their front door in 45 min. This included me getting undressed massaged redressed, then asking why at the front desk to which they responded "our 1 hour massage is only 50 min since dressing and undressing is accounted for" i then told them when i got there and how long i had been there in total and they just said "we will talk to your therapist, would you like to leave a tip?" I normally dont leave bad reviews but cheating customers then asked for a tip instead of providing at least some customer service. Wouldnt recomend read more

Great service ! Fully relaxed. Will come back again. Nice relaxing facility. Very clean and friendly people.

Very talented massage therapists and friendly front desk staff! The service was soooo relaxing and my body feels amazing! The front desk staff were also very kind and helpful with my questions. I signed up for the monthly membership because of how great of a deal it was. So excited to come back next month!! read more

I also got the groupon deal, which if your thinking about getting go for it, its worth it. The hydro luxe is amazing! Really cool thing to get done after you get a massage. The lady I got gets a 4 out of 5, but she did do an entire body massage which was fantastic with eucalyptis. Nice staff, they do a little speal but are still kind if you decide to deny. read more

I received a gift certificate for mother's day to come in so I was very excited to have a kid free hour + relaxation. I've only ever had 2 other professional massages before and I let my therapist know ahead of time. She was very rushed and didn't explain anything at all. I was told there would be a consultation ahead of time to go over what you wanted/areas to avoid etc but I never got that. My therapist made passive aggressive comments twice during my visit. I was having a fairly pleasant experience until I met the Therapist, JoAnn. I was very displeased that my face and scalp were massaged, which could have been avoided if I had a proper consultation. I left with oily hair and screwed up make up and was very displeased about that. Maybe this place is better for regulars/those who have an established understanding of what they want-- I would NOT recommend this for a massage every once in a while or for newcomers. They also are too pushy about their membership prices. read more

I've had my membership with Massage Lux for over a year--it's fabulous! Convenient location & talented therapists. I was never been willing to pay for regular maintenance massage until I met Brian (manager) & his team. My appointments are easy to schedule, customer service is excellent, and it's a wonderful oasis from the daily grind. read more

I have been seeing Mike for a few months now. He is really good. He always knows just where to focus to relieve my pain. I highly recommend because not only is he good, but the place is clean. They even have a water jet bed that is great for before or after a massage. The price is not too bad either. read more

I am impressed by the personableness, friendliness and courteousness of the front desk manager, Brian Sinclair, as well as Holly and Millie. They set the tone for the visit. The massage therapist I saw is Jessica and she is absolutely wonderful. She incorporates Reiki energy healing work into her massage. The massage rooms are clean and softly lit with new age music playing. Following the massage you are invited to use their "Hydroluxe" bed (it's like a waterbed with rollers that run up and down the length of your back and body applying pressure for 15 minutes.) If you sign up for their economical short term plan you have unlimited use of the "Hydroluxe". Highly recommended. read more

Nothing about this massage place was enjoyable. I got a promotional deal, so figured I would try it out, but I wouldn't go back. The massage itself was terrible. She seemed inexperienced and the pressure was nothing. I only really got about 45 minutes of massage for what was supposedly an "hour" . The staff at the front desk couldn't seem to figure anything out and they tried to hard sell me on a membership. From looking at the other reviews, my experience wasn't the only bad one and I'm glad I dodged that bullet. read more

My fiance and I were in need of a massage so I decided to go through Groupon to find a good deal. Massage Luxe was one that popped up and we decided to give it a try. The Groupon offered a one hour massage plus a 15 minute hydroluxe session for $29 dollars. Can't really beat that price right? We arrived there a few minutes early and was greeted by the staff in the lobby. They quickly took us to the waiting room where they offered cucumber and lemon water, trail mix and coffee. It is a very nice facility and they even have iPads for us to fill out the paperwork. After the paperwork was completed, we were greeted by our masseuse. We each had a different experience on our one hour massage. I thought my masseuse overall was good. Not the best but not the worst. She was very friendly and I enjoyed it. My fiance, on the other hand, did not enjoy his experience. He thought his masseuse didn't use enough pressure and did not ask for his input. He came out of the massage wanting another one. Not really what you want after a massage. After our massages, we had a chance to try their hydroluxe machine for 15 minutes. I thought it was okay. Don't think it's my thing. They only have one machine so you have to wait for others to be done with their 15 minute session. My fiance decided to pass on his because he did not enjoy his experience there. Overall, a very nice facility but not very good massages. Probably will not come back. read more

I started coming to this place due to a groupon I received. Couldn't beat the price then by signing up they gave me a free hour so I came back for second and third time. Was super pleased with the massages I got. Granted the management needed work but now it's under new management they are really turning this place around. The therapists are actually sticking around which is a plus too. I have been getting deep tissue from barb and Elise and omg 90 min massage is put to good use. I'm loose for weeks at a time. So after I get done with a military's mission, I come back and they mash me back into shape. Strongly recommend trying them out especially if coupon or deal involved. They also have member specials which are great deals so it's not just new people who get the perks. Plus you get access to the hydro luxe bed. Fancy waterbed with keys that rub your back. Not the quieter massage machines out there but beats those vibrating chairs any day. I would also love a referral if you done have one all ready. Just let them know Sgt Logan read more

I visited Massage Luxe in Sept. Oct and Nov and the hydrobed was not working any of the times. I signed up for "buy one massage, get one free" and just found out I have been charged for 4 months because they say I signed up for the month to month program, which I did not. They won't work with me and they won't let me give my massages away because I am a "patient" and the massages are non transferable. This seems like fraud. And never got the free massage. They say the girl who signed me up doesn't work there anymore so they have no way to check. I just want to say "Beware" read more

I arrived early to fill out my new customer paperwork. My appointment was at 11, had my paperwork well done before then, but yet wasn't greeted by the therapist until 11:10. The massage itself was just okay. When I flipped from my back to my stomach, the therapist excused himself to use the restroom. The massage ended at 11:55. What was suppose to be a 60 minute massage turned into a 40 minute massage. Irritating. Won't be returning. read more

Great place very friendly management! All the massage therapist are always super sweet and caring and carry awesome conversations! I'm excited to invite my family to come more often read more

If you're looking to get ripped off, massaged by sup par therapists, and unfriendly front desk staff then look no further. This place takes the cake for worst over all experience. For a 60 minute massage, they gave 40 minutes. The clocks are set forward in all the rooms to trick you and when they take their sweet time having you fill out paperwork, they never give the time back to the massage. read more

I originally wrote a great review and now regret that. The clocks are set so the massage is shorter than you are expecting. I was confused about my membership and after asking questions was treated terribly by the manager. Canceled my membership and will not be going back for the hour and a half massage I still have on my account. It would be more like an hour and 15 anyways. Don't waste your time. read more

I've been to Massage LuXe twice now and have seen Yvonne both times. She is really sweet and does a great job! I will continue to go to her and recommend her to anyone who is looking for a thorough deep massage. My only sort of complaint is that the massage is suppose to be 60 minutes but you get 50 minutes. Not sure what the deal is with that, but overall I've had a great experience coming here so far! read more

They lock you into the worst contract ever and totally screw you over. You can't even get an appointment and there's only one in Denver. I have about 15hrs of massages built up that I'm never able to use and can't use without continuing my stupid membership for another $55 a month. They won't let you gift any of your hours, oh and they tell you you can use your time for facials but they never even have a facial girl there. Run before you even go in. This place is a trap read more

This place is a complete rip off! First of all, their clocks are set 5 minute faster in the room.. and the masseuse leaves you in the room for 10 min to undress and dress cutting even more into your time. They also take you into the room late. So my hour massage was only 40 minutes. When I complained to the desk, she didn't care one bit and said that's just the way it is. She said that it's policy to set clocks faster and no one gets full hour massage even though we came 5 minutes earlier! Don't go here.. it's a complete waste of your time and money read more

Had a coupon for a $35 massage. Great deal, so we gave it a try. The place is nice, feels comfortable, and looks clean. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork, and did. After finishing the paperwork in 5 minutes we sat for over 20 minutes and were taken into rooms 10 minutes after our appointment time. Neither me nor my girlfriend particularly enjoyed our massages. My massage had inconsistent pressure, where part of the time I was cringing in pain, and part of the time wanting more pressure. My favorite part of a massage is getting my hands and fingers done, and they were disappointingly not touched once. My girlfriend says her massage did not have enough pressure and felt that she did not experience any benefit after it was finished. Our massages ended about 5 minutes short of the 60 minutes promised. When we finished we went to the front desk to pay, and received a hard sales pitch to join their membership program. I had to say no at least 3 times before they stopped trying to sell us on this 'deal'. Even if I had been relaxed at the end of my massage this sure wouldn't have helped me stay that way. I will not be coming back, not even for the $35 price that we paid. There are plenty of good massage places around, I would recommend going to one of those. read more

The experience is terrific. Their massage people are wonderful. The company itself is a big scam. They have taken Me for hundreds over what they should have charged. They wouldn't let me out of the contract without serious issues and in the end when I was at a zero balance they got me again telling me I had to pay for a massage I never received. If you stay away from the games of the contract you will be fine here. Stay far away from the contract. The business ethics here are so bad I need to report them to bbb and possibly small claims court. Dennis the masseur is so good at getting my disabled body back to performance levels. read more

Came here on a groupon deal, massage was okay. They have so much attrition with their therapists it's a crap-shoot on whether you'll feel relaxed, bruised or sore when you leave. Horrible hard-selling of memberships, which if you don't use, you lose. Avoid like the plague. read more

First let me props to Michael @ ML. He is a great MT and I would like to continue to do business with him. If I could I would give him 5 stars and the company he represents is a joke #0stars. I like everyone else, got stuck in a stupid contract, cant seem to get in for services due to their limited hours and only 1 location. The customer service I received from this place is so unacceptable. The so called office manager they have is rude and cocky and those two traits that have no place in a business. If you every come across Brian do yourself favor and speak to somebody else more mature, intelligent, and respectable because he is not your guy. ML tells you at the time of your contract that you can suspend your account at anytime but what they don't tell you is that once your account is suspended you lose the hours that you have accrued. Which makes no sense because I PAID FOR THEM. Well the unprofessional individual that is managing this shame flips the script and says, "They don't sell hours they sell a memberships" Pretty much confirming that I got hustled. They charge people for a service but cant provide the service. So if you value your hard earn coins like I do, save yourself the headache and DO NOT even bother with this unstable company read more

I called to make my appointment for 1 o clock knowing I had a 30 minute drive just to get there, I show up at 12:45 and the front desk woman told me that who ever set my appointment set it for the wrong time on accident and that I will have to reschedule for another day even tho I drove so far for nothing. Very poor service. read more

This is a membership based spa like Massage Envy. However I've been here twice with a gift certificate and had a good experience each time. My recent visit was with Dennis. He was very good, gave a relaxing massage, that was just as good, if not better than other massages I've received from high end spas. In comparison to other membership based places I would rate Massage Luxe much higher. I'm not sure I believe in the membership concept as i would rather pay for when I need the service. I recommend Massage Luxe to anyone needing a quality massage for a fair price. Beds are heated, lighting is dim, music is quiet, and atmosphere is soothing. One recommendation for improvement would be to add scent to the rooms. They don't smell bad, they just don't smell like anything. Other than that its worth trying to see if you like it. read more

I was looking for a last minute massage on a Sunday and despite the not so stellar yelp reviews, gave them a call and they had availability. I was on the lookout for any of the things mentioned in the negative reviews but overall my experience was great. The receptionist couldn't have been sweeter and Brittany, who did my massage was great! She did a very thorough job on a full body massage in the hour we had, I do not feel like anything was missed. read more

This was my second massage here and I will definitely be returning. My first massage was through a groupon and Nicole was my therapist. She did a great job listening to exactly what I told her was bothering me (my upper back) and really helped alleviate that pain. I saw Nicole again this second time and asked her to focus only on my upper back since I have a lot of pain and tension there from my work as a server. She did a great job focusing on that and surrounding areas to really help release tension. The front desk staff is always quick to check me in and get me settled so I can start relaxing. The Hydrobed is unlike anything I've ever used and is really awesome and relaxing for pre/post massage. I did sign up for the monthly fee, and the contract is pretty straight forward. There's a two month obligation, but after that you can cancel anytime (in person). I will definitely be returning and will be coming back to have Nicole continue to work on my back! The environment is very clean and relaxing as well. read more

This business truly cares about its customers! When I first went I did not have the greatest experience. I think there may have just been some personality friction. My second visit, time, and massage were amazing!!!! read more

I received a flyer from Massage Luxe Spa that had two coupons printed which stated " $35, A gift for you, one hour facial or massage", I bit, made an appointment for my wife and when we were leaving were informed that we needed to pay $35 , that they normally charge $75. NO one told me this when I called, I felt totally duped and should have left without paying. The only reason I paid was because I felt obligated to pay the masseuse, not her fault for the "Shady advertising deal". I will never go back because of it. The old bait and switch tactic of a less that honorable place of business. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE would be my advice read more

I was gifted a Groupon for a massage to this place and was impressed upon my first visit. It has great ambiance and the staff is extremely friendly. I was enticed by Heidi at the front desk to sign up for a membership after using my groupon. After an excellent first massage with Stacy, how could I say no? The membership is reasonable (right around $60 per month) and includes a one hour massage and unlimited 15 minute visits to the HydroLuxe, a water powered massage table that is super sweet. Today, I had my second visit and another great massage with Monica. The staff here is awesome and I feel confident I'd get a great massage and a friendly encounter no matter whom I see. Plus, with a membership, it is easier to listen to your body and remind yourself you deserve a monthly visit. I look forward to seeing them again! read more

I, too, went to MassageLuxe on a Groupon offer. It definitely isn't just another massage parlor. This place is beautiful! I used the HydroLuxe first and found it wonderfully relaxing, just the ticket to loosen my muscles before my massage. Wesley gave me a great deep tissue massage, just the way I like it. The little bit of talking was perfect. If you get a Groupon, definitely try this place. If you don't, go anyway. read more

I got a great and affordable first time massage. Only complaint is that I asked for neck and back and never got to my neck. Also was cut 10 minutes short I'm assuming due to the promotion. Great massage and customer service though! read more

Today was my first visit to MassageLuXe and I can't wait to go back. I broke my back almost three years and I've been to my fair share of massage therapists. Michael was amazing and was conscious of my chronic pain while making me feel relaxed and comfortable.
