She started out with lightly massaging my back, and the first thing she said was, "wow you have a lot of knots". This made me feel like she knew what she was doing and knew what to look for. She felt my back out for any tense areas and wanted to make sure to relax my body before going in with the deep tissue massage. She even went further explaining to me if your muscle isnt relaxed when getting a deep tissue, it can hurt me. So this alone i knew was a legit place. She explained everything she was doing and even provided me a reason behind all of it. During the deep tissue, she made sure it was a good enough pressure and immediately knew if it was too hard based on my body's reaction. She was very aware and considerate the whole way.
