Karen really understands how muscles work and their relationship to your nervous system. I literally witnessed her healing my daughter's lower back muscle pain back due to an L4/L5 stress fracture. I witnessed Karen showing me which muscles should be firing after a particular motion and which ones should not. She somehow rewired her nervous system to understand that the injury was done healing.
