You schedule appointments and then get them cancelled and they don't call you. Therapists stop wanting to have you as a client for no reason other than you likely don't tip enough. It's a terribly run business. Most of the therapists are awful. Even the good ones are inconsistent. For example one of their best ones literally spent like two minutes on each of my legs. She would consistently do one side of my body one way and the other another. Like she'd massage my left foot but not my right! Every single time. They get you roped into a subscription. Then if you have not used them for a while and need to stop collecting massage credits they still charge you $20 a month and then only keep you on that plan for like three months and then they start charging you the full amount again without telling you. So if you are looking for a good massage - don't go here. Waste of your money. Trust me. There's a lot of really good places out there. This isn't one of them. I cancelled my membership even though I had nearly 20 massages left because they are so bad. When I was upset because I got there and found my appointment cancelled the manager (on the phone) was like, "Don't raise your voice at me." Through my pregnancy when I started getting towards the end I learned that through all of my lifting and workouts I had made my body really tight and not necessarily prepared for childbirth. The person had no idea how to massage a pregnant person and was basically doing a typical massage on a pregnancy table. That's when I contacted Carol and set up an appt with her. From the moment I walked in I could tell this experience would be different. She has such a calm demeanor and instantly put me at ease. Her room is calming and smells wonderful!
