I was pushed to my limit, but also had moments of deep relaxation. The teacher went above and beyond, giving her students just a little bit more for their money. Plus, I signed up for one month of unlimited classes for $89. That's a great value. I love hot yoga, but sometimes the room can get stuffy. Not here. It's just the right temperature and the class ends with a clean cool washcloth on your forehead during Shavasana. Loved it! Can't wait to come back.
