Mr. Poland, the head instructor, is a very supportive teacher--great with kids, and he's taught me how to defend myself like a pro. I've found myself coming out on top in several altercations since the beginning of my training, and I've trained my arms and legs to be powerful lethal weapons under him alone! I now help teach as part of the Delta Team, his right hand students who assistant instruct.
