All the estheticians they hire are great at what they do and friendly. My estie I see at this location is Brittany, she's awesome and genuinely cares about improving my skin. I have seen my skin improve so much from the hormonal acne around my chin. She customizes each facial with products to help with my skin as it currently is. Love this place.

I've been coming to Honest Skin for the past six months, and I truly can't recommend them enough…read more From the moment you walk in, you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. They make every minute of your appointment count. Even while a mask is working its magic, they're giving you a relaxing scalp or shoulder massage. It's those thoughtful touches that make every visit feel like such a luxury. They're incredibly knowledgeable, use high-quality products, and take the time to educate you about your skin instead of just treating it. As a mom of two who was newly postpartum when I first started coming here, I walked in feeling completely depleted. My skin had taken a hit, and I barely had any time or energy to care for myself. Thanks to the combination of their recommended products and my monthly facials, my skin feels brand new--hydrated, smooth, healthy, and refreshed. More than that, these appointments have helped me feel like me again. What makes Honest Skin even more special is that it's owned by two moms. They truly get it. They understand how easy it is for mothers to put themselves last, and they create a space where you can slow down, be cared for, and leave feeling renewed. And I have to give a special shoutout to Tiffany--she is absolutely amazing! She's so kind, talented, and attentive, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Thank you, Honest Skin, for taking such incredible care of this mama and for helping me find a piece of my old self again. You have a customer for life!

The only downside is they don't open on Saturday and Sunday so plan accordingly. I got a chemical peel which cost around $200. The procedure took about 30 minutes or less. Pain is 0.5 out of 10, not so much pain but more chemical irritation to eyes. You will get a fan to blow air which helps. You see results in about a week. My results were softer, smoother skin and smaller pores. Acne scarring texture issues were not fixed. For the IPL for cheeks only, cost is around $75. It takes about 15 minutes. It feels like zap of electricity current on your face, not so much pain but discomfort level 1/10. I only did one treatment and didn't see much results for this as my rosacea is still there. Suppose I need a second treatment to get better results. Plenty of parking and you can bring your dog! Love how this office is dog friendly! Kudos to refresh rx!

When you walk into her studio you are immediately immersed in a relaxing spa-like environment; gentle music, light aromatherapy, soft lighting and gorgeous decor helps you forget what waits for you after your appointment and helps you relax. I have had many facials from various estheticians and Shanna is a true practitioner. In comparison, the other estheticians were going through motions -- that isn't to say they did a poor job but you can tell Shanna loves what she does; she enjoys connecting with her clients and offers an "experience" rather than just a facial. Honestly, I've had some pretty rough months lately and my appointments with her have actually soothed my soul a bit. And, my skin is so happy! The hydro facial and jelly mask makes my skin glow. I will also call out the location of her studio-at the mall. It's super convenient for a few reasons, one being that my husband can grab coffee and hit the Apple store or read while waiting for me.
