When I first started with them, the massages were responsibly priced but now, they are very pricey. I guess that's inflation and the cost of the products they sell which I don't buy because of skin sensitivity passed on to the customers. Anyway, they have a couple of really good masseuses that I would wait to get because they applied the right amount of pressure and they would remember what areas of my body needed the most work. The owners wife works there and I'm sorry, but she's not that great. If you want a super soft rub down, she's your girl, but if you want or need pressure, don't let him stick you with her because he does some of the scheduling too when they are busy. As far as the place, it's tranquil and very nice. The masseuses wait for you in the hallway and greet you with a cup of cold water and ask you how are you feeling which is nice because I've been to places where they have a water machine and you're on your own. If I had anything thing bad to say, it would be that you don't get your full hour of massage time. The start from the time you walk in the room and they are asking you questions about what areas would you like them to concentrate on and then you change clothes but your hour has already start so that's about 15 minutes gone. I always wear clothes that I can get off quickly and the masseuses I try to get already know what's going on with me so our conversation is very brief. An hour should be an hour from the time they touch your body not from when you walk in the room. read more

Very easy to schedule appointments, they provide several services and dates/times are available at convenient times. I have always been able to get in within a few days of looking at available times. I became a month to month member to get the discount on massages. After a few visits, decided I no longer wanted to pay for something I have no time to use and due to change in distance from my home and work, made it impossible to get there. I sent them an email to see if we could do the cancellation over the fax/email, absolutely NO reply was sent. When I did go into cancel, there was no manager there, just a front desk receptionist that told me this last charge to my account that was to be taken out a few days later would be my last charge. And I also requested a call from the manager team to discuss what could be done with my pre-paid massages since I cannot use them. Again, NO call was ever made to me. Fast forward a month, I was again billed the monthly fee. When I made the call to the office to see why it had been taken out of my account AFTER I was told there would be no more charges, their explanation was that whoever canceled with me made an error and was wrong and there is nothing that can be done, and that this last one would be the last one. I requested again to speak to a manager or even the owner of this Spa, and they just happen to be on vacation and not available until Monday. Don't believe me. Take a look at other reviews posted for this business. How about Pami A on 11/2014 who had a similar but different experience: "Then after trying to cancel my membership multiple times for almost a year, after only one massage.... they have continued to bill my card monthly. I am new to the area therefor I wanted to try out a few places before signing up for a membership.First of all i arrived early to fill out forms etc. My appoinment was at 4:30 well at 4:35 i had to go ask the front desk when my massage was going to start( didn't start my massage till 4:45ish and ofcourse finished on time.. I am quite surprised to read the negative reviews. I don't leave reviews often, but was so pleasantly surprised by this place that I wanted to review. I was initially skeptical of the strip mall location but was in dire need of a massage! I found the entry way welcoming and beautifully fragrant. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and did their best to accommodate my walk-in massage request. Unfortunately, they were unable to and I had to return about an hour later. I was experiencing severe neck and shoulder pain, so I was happy to return for a same day appointment. When I returned I was directed to the waiting room in the back area and offered tea or water. Zen music played at the perfect volume. This area was in the same hallway as the massage rooms and it felt like I was in a real deal massage place, not a strip mall location. The massage was one of the best I've had! Veronica asked beforehand what I was mostly concerned with and what type of pressure I prefer. She also checked in during the massage to ensure the table and pressure were both okay. Everyone was professional and helpful. I would love to frequent this place but do not live in the area. I would highly recommend Veronica! I would have given 5 stars but did hear other patrons talking which was a little distracting. read more

I love massage time. It's very clean, smells very relaxing and I love the decor. They do couple massage and amazing deep tissue massage. You can get add ons to help with certain things too! I have had several massages here in the past 18 months. Generally, they are OK...once in a while, they're really great. Last Sunday was AWFUL. My therapist began by saying, "Sorry for my cold hands. I've been icing them b/c they are killing me!" Oh, dear....not a great start. Her massage was dreadful. People stood in the hallway talking and laughing. She ran out of time so I did not get any arm, hand or neck work. THEN, the kicker......she blamed the receptionist! "If SHE would have told me my next client canceled, I would have had enough time to work on your upper body." WHAT? I've been a massage therapist for 30 years.....it is MY responsibility to manage my time! Overall, the experience was just so-so. First, good things - the receptionist was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable. But unfortuately I wasn't too happy with the massage. I booked a 90 minute massage to give the therapist time to work on my problem areas, and she all but ignored it. I need to update my review as I just can't say enough great things about Massage Time. My massage therapist tonight was AMAZING! She was so attentive and did exactly what I asked for. My table Warmer was on to the exact temperature as I like it and she had the hot towels ready for me. It was mentioned In my chart that I enjoy a hot table and hot towels and she let me know that. I love that they note all the work I've received so the next therapist that works on me is aware of my preferences. I love love this place. I had eyelash extensions done for the first time and Lisa was awesome! I asked for a very natural look and she did amazing. My eyes are very watery and the lashes aren't suppose to get wet for 48 hours and so one became a little clumped after a few days. I'm not one to typically complain... so I was just going to deal with it since I was going back in a week anyways, but Lisa called me on her own to check in on how my lashes were, I told her about the clumping and she had me come in that day free of charge for about 15 min to separate the lashes. I have one lady I see every month and she does an awesome job of working on my problem areas which has helped me in my injury recovery! Kami is my therapist and she's the best I have ever had work on me. I have only seen her twice but both times she was fabulous.
