Natalie is hands-down the best injector I have ever seen. I found her about a year ago when I needed undereye filler dissolved from another injector. I could tell immediately how knowledgeable she was about injecting, so I had her start doing all my filler, and she also did microneedling. She is the absolute best. She has a very artistic and detailed eye and understands facial balancing. And probably one of the BEST things about her that I truly appreciate is how honest she is. Recently, she could have easily taken my money and given me a bunch of things I asked for during an appointment, but instead, she assessed my face and gave me her honest opinion about not needing what I was asking for. (I will admit, sometimes I want everything. But I know Drs who will give me everything, which ends up making me overfilled.... hence why I met her in the first place, lol) I appreciate this kind of honesty more than words can express. I know that with Natalie, I will always get the truth, what's best for me, and a true artist's assessment, and that is exactly what I look for in an injector. Not to mention, she is extremely skilled, but that goes without saying. Her work is amazing. I think what makes her different is she truly loves what she does. You can see her own interest in it. That always makes a difference with injectors and anyone working with skin; you can tell when someone has a passion for the artistry and science behind something vs someone who just is in it to make money. I also appreciate that she will listen to exactly what I want or how I like something done (like my lips), and she will fulfill my requests when it is something that is needed, and she will do it exactly the way I like. This girl is just amazing. She just gets it. I am very happy I found her! If you want a down-to-earth, friendly, highly-skilled, non-bs medspa, this is the place to go. See what I said in the beginning about having too much to say? Its worth taking the time to say though, bc I know finding an injector to trust can be a struggle. Go to Natalie, you won't regret it!

I am recovering from cystic acne which caused scarring and textured skin. What the HALO treatment did was remove a layer and heal skin from the inside out. It took 7 days for my skin to fully recover, but well worth it. We did go a bit aggressive than usual to treat the deeper layers of the scars. My skin is MUCH more smooth now, pore size less, and scarring is more than half gone. I do plan to come back and do another one. I use ZO Skin products and ELTA MD, which I highly recommend. Daily skincare is a game changer. You will love Dr. Ladie, her staff and team. They are all so kind and helpful. I leave feeling like a million bucks.

From my very first phone call, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was able to get a consultation in a timely manner and schedule my surgery the very same day. The payment process was simple and convenient, and I was able to take care of everything during that appointment. Dr. Ehret's assistant, Amanda, was amazing throughout the process. She was incredibly helpful, responded quickly to my questions, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt comfortable and well cared for. One thing I especially appreciated was that Dr. Ehret never pressured me toward a particular procedure or implant size. He carefully took measurements, explained my options, and showed me what would work best for my body and frame. The imaging process was incredibly helpful because it allowed me to see how different sizes and profiles would look on my own body from multiple angles. I also had access to the images afterward, which gave me time to review everything at home and make a confident decision. At no point did I feel rushed. On the morning of surgery, I waited only a few minutes before being called back. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and reassuring. They thoroughly reviewed my information, answered all of my questions, and explained exactly what they would be doing. Dr. Ehret personally completed multiple measurements and markings before surgery and took the time to address any remaining concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of comfort provided before the procedure. I walked into the operating room, where they gave me a warm air blanket and adjusted my pillow to make me comfortable. The next thing I knew, I was waking up in recovery with two wonderful nurses taking care of me. They made sure I was comfortable, gave me water and applesauce, helped me get dressed when I was ready, and ensured I felt stable before escorting me out to my car. I even managed to leave my glasses behind. The office contacted my husband right away and had them ready for pickup when he arrived, which was greatly appreciated. My post-operative appointment was just as positive as the rest of the experience. Dr. Ehret carefully checked my incisions, answered my questions, and provided clear instructions for recovery. The entire process was seamless, and my pain has been very minimal. I highly recommend Dr. Ehret and Aesthetic Surgery Centre & Medical Spa to anyone considering a cosmetic procedure. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their patients made this an outstanding experience from beginning to end.

I was left disfigured and severely scarred, stitches that were left in my neck and never removed and the emotional impact has been enormous. What is especially upsetting is what happened afterward. Dr. Pratt acknowledged the problems with my results and promised to address them with a revision. However, he retired before he could follow through on those promises. After Dr. Pratt left, I reached out to the remaining surgeons at the practice for help, but they refused to take on my case or provide the revision care I had been promised. The lack of meaningful follow-up and support from the surgery center has been incredibly distressing. After trusting a practice with such a significant procedure, I expected care, accountability, and help when the outcome was unacceptable. Instead, I was left to deal with the consequences on my own. The severe scarring has profoundly affected my confidence and quality of life, and I am devastated by what happened. I trusted this practice with my face, and I never expected to be left feeling this way after surgery. The most painful part has been not only the result, but feeling abandoned when I needed help correcting it.
