I undressed to my comfort level and got on the table face up and put the sheet on top of me. When she entered back in the room and she started laughing. I asked if I did something wrong and she continued laughing not specifying why. This made me very uncomfortable for the duration of the treatment which was awkward and a bit rough with little communication. I will never be returning to this establishment, the most awkward walk in massage I've had in my life.

I was in town for a visit in early January, so I was able to drive her there, an easy 5 minutes from her NE Tucson home. I'm going to be honest; my mom argued against going, even in the car, nervous about a sore shoulder, and God knows what else. The first thing I noticed was that Nature's Spa is located in the Safeway complex, so there is lots of parking (always a plus). Next, the place smelled great! We had filled out all the paperwork online, so that was done. The staff member at the desk was friendly and welcoming. As for the massage, my mom should not have worried! When she came out, she was smiling and relaxed and said it was one of the best massages she had ever had, quite a compliment, as I've taken her to some high-end spas in L.A. when she's visited me. Thank you so much, Bailee and Nature's Spa, for making this experience a great one for my mom. I'm hoping that she will be able to come back soon.
