Great massage! Started on my back, to my back thighs then calves. Eventually to oils , warm towel massage and loosen the knots effectively. Overall aprox $50 for 30 min massage read more

I used this spa a few times and for 80 minutes each. Their massage is medium quality. I was forced to pay $20 tip in advance via credit card before they offer me service. Before, I used their massage for 80 minutes each time, and I was forced to pay $20 tip minimum including the $80 plus $2 credit card service charge which amounts to a total of $102. This time, they said, "We have only time for one hour, which is $60. You have to pay a tip of $20." I said, "I will pay you $15 for 60 minutes, which would be $77 total." The lady who was going to give me the massage agreed. But her boss came from the back and shouted at me, "No you must pay $20". I called her a Karen and a greedy person, and walked out. That's the end of this place for me. read more

It was an amazing experience. Went home feeling rejuvenated. I forgot my masseuse's name but she was the best! Highly recommend, will be returning :) read more

I would not go back there. Everything is old and as many times as I asked my masseuse to be gentle she was not understanding! I do not recommend this place. read more

Nope. Will never come back. My mom and I got a massage here. Luckily we were able to have our massages in the same room. First of all, the customer service sucks. Second, this was the worse massage I've ever had. It was painful and provided no relief whatsoever. She had no idea what she was doing. The two masseuses were talking to each other half the time .. laughing and giggling and left the room a few times to do god knows what! They didn't even massage us for the whole hour and then waited for us outside for their damn tip. They are unskilled and have no idea what they are doing. Would not recommend this place at all. They also make you pay before you get your service. I know $40 sounds like a good deal for an hour massage, but believe me, it's not worth it. Just go to the other place off the 163 and Kearny Mesa Rd. Cheaper and the massage is 10x better. read more

Well let me tell you... my father and I came here. Right off the bat you have to pay for your massage before anything. Okay fine. I told the lady to add on a $10 tip, she then responded with "only $10?" And then requested that I pay an additional $10 making the tip $20. After that we were placed in the same room. Thru out the entire massage they were none stop chatting. The massage itself was decent. read more

Absolutely complete garbage!! I should have paid attention to the reviews but I did not and I wasted $40 and 40 minutes of my life going there! When doing reviews they always say point out what is wrong or right about the service and I cannot find nothing right but these are The points that I should've gave it zero stars but it won't allow me to I get their request $40 massage for one hour table shower available I didn't know that so for 10 minutes she gave me a very sloppy poorly executed table shower keep in mind I just got off work so I really needed a shower before massage and then I'm going to Rome lay in a bed it's cold usually the masseuse will throw a cover over you and start rubbing party at by the warm you up she did not do that she gave me a very soft hold Massage throughout the. I did not feel her at all and what's even worse is 20 minutes into the massage she rolled me on my back asked I'll grab my dick saying 40 more dollars I looked at her and I said no I want to massage she had just look like what and she rolled her eyes and she got up like she was done!! I pointed at the clock keep in mind I arrive there at 4:35 PM it is now 5:05 PM 35 minutes and I told her I still have at least 15 minutes she walked out the room for about five minutes so I gave up and I started getting dressed and I walked out and she was sitting behind a desk pouting I looked at her and said what the fuck you wasn't done I didn't get my hour and she didn't want to talk then she had to nerve to ask where is my tip I looked at her and said my tip to you is fuck you and I was so pissed off I walked out the door people got to realize there's cameras everywhere at these parlors so if you go yelling after poor service you can be arrested for trespassing so I left incomplete discussed I will never go back later on I called to talk to the manager and of course the manager was like we don't do that here I told her the massage was horrible they say you should not pay it I said I paid upfront I said nothing I can do about! I will tell you guys fuck this place never go it's not worth it for $40 I got a horrible 22 minute massage even though I paid for one hour read more

This place sucks !!! I ask before doing my massage if my feet and hands were included and told me yes. I pay $40 for an hour which is the whole body then the lady that I had wanted me to pay extra for feet and hands which that should be included !. The lady didn't even complete hour so when leaving I didn't pay tip. She still had the courage to ask me for 10 tip . I ended telling her I didn't like it and walk away ! sound hard but if your not completing the time you pay and not getting full massage then that's bad service and shouldn't be force to pay a tip. read more

Be ready to tolerate the language barrier and repeat yourself 4 to 5 times. They aren't that very organized and therapist kept getting up during my session. The actual massage was good and the price is right. If you want actual relaxation then invest in a real spa. read more

Go see Lucy!!! She gives a perfect massage. I have been to several Asian Massage stores but, this was the best ever. You will leave very happy and satisfied. Go see for yourself. read more

Walked by and decided to get a massage with my lady. The women here speak limited English, but understand enough to get the job done. If you're looking for a good and cheap massage, this place will do the trick. I had a lot of knots and the masseuse applied a good amount of pressure. The masseuse who worked on my partner was softer which she appreciated. We had some distractions during our session e.g. one lady kept walking out when a customer came in, the main door makes a loud noise when ppl walk in. If you're looking for a nice place, this isn't it, but if you want a good, cheap massage, this is a good spot. read more

****LISTEN**** First off, the language barrier is RIDICULOUS!!! I walked in and asked for an hour foot massage for my wife ($26 w/ Card) and an hour body massage for myself ($41 w/ Card) and after confirming that they could, I handed them my debit card. They put my card into the machine and asked me how much was I tipping (I thought you tipped after based upon the service that you feel that you received)! I told them $15 total and they told me NO! They said that my tip is too low and they don't want to do the services for that much. I blew it off and asked was $20 total enough and they said ok. They charged my card, gave me the receipt and to my surprise they charged me $102. Now let's do the math $41+$26+20=$87 if I'm correct, Is what it was supposed to be. They charged me for 2 body massages, then when my wife brought it to their attention, they told her that this is what we asked for!!! Again, we blew it off and they proceeded to take us back to the rooms where they separated us into different rooms! My massage COMPLETELY SUCKED!!!! THEY PUT FORTH VERY MINIMAL EFFORT AND I BELIEVE IT HAD SOMETHING TO DO THE TIP!!! My wife also added that the woman who massaged her took off my wife's underwear for her! I found that pretty weird! And to add insult to injury after paying for a full body massage and knowing my wife wanted her feet massaged, they didn't even touch her feet! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! ***YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS*** read more

For 40 dollars for a hour good price for a massage after a long day of task/work. Also the massuse I had understand English pretty well and got the areas I had alot of knots. Most likely be back again. read more

I went in for a 30 minute full body massage for $30. It was quick and nice. It's not massage envy but the quality matches the price. I wish they would've focused on the arms and hands a bit more, but overall okay massage. read more

Wow wow wow. She asked if I wanted a medium or a hard massage. I went with hard. I've never been massaged that deep with an elbow (or a knee!) before. The hard massage wouldn't be for the faint of heart, so choose wisely. For me though, it was just what I needed after a hard week at work. A+ read more

Terrible service. Never going back, the lady had no idea what she was doing. She scratched me several times. She fell on me, it was such an unpleasant experience. read more

Cheap prices, massage is worth it . Although Place looks kinda crappy. Suggestion ! should probably take the darn alarm off it makes soo much notice as people go in and out not letting you enjoy massage ! read more

The massage was pretty good overall, it was 30$ for 30min. You're pretty much forced to leave the masseuse a tip, they go up to you and ask you if you're going to give them a tip. read more

The massage itself was exactly what I needed! I was seeking firm/deep pressure and that's what was delivered. Aside from the massage, the masseuses in the room talked throughout the massage! I had to ask them to stop talking but the chatter continued during the end of the massage. Great massage but don't expect great customer service. read more

Pretty good massage it was $40 for an hour. I don't really have any complaints, it was nice and quiet, the only noise I could hear was the door. Every one spoke enough English to be able to communicate. read more
