I used this spa a few times and for 80 minutes each. Their massage is medium quality. I was forced to pay $20 tip in advance via credit card before they offer me service. Before, I used their massage for 80 minutes each time, and I was forced to pay $20 tip minimum including the $80 plus $2 credit card service charge which amounts to a total of $102. This time, they said, "We have only time for one hour, which is $60. You have to pay a tip of $20." I said, "I will pay you $15 for 60 minutes, which would be $77 total." The lady who was going to give me the massage agreed. But her boss came from the back and shouted at me, "No you must pay $20". I called her a Karen and a greedy person, and walked out. Nope. Will never come back. My mom and I got a massage here. Luckily we were able to have our massages in the same room. First of all, the customer service sucks. Second, this was the worse massage I've ever had. It was painful and provided no relief whatsoever. She had no idea what she was doing. The two masseuses were talking to each other half the time .. laughing and giggling and left the room a few times to do god knows what! They didn't even massage us for the whole hour and then waited for us outside for their damn tip. They are unskilled and have no idea what they are doing. Would not recommend this place at all. I pay $40 for an hour which is the whole body then the lady that I had wanted me to pay extra for feet and hands which that should be included !. Walked by and decided to get a massage with my lady. The women here speak limited English, but understand enough to get the job done. If you're looking for a good and cheap massage, this place will do the trick. I had a lot of knots and the masseuse applied a good amount of pressure. The masseuse who worked on my partner was softer which she appreciated. We had some distractions during our session e.g. one lady kept walking out when a customer came in, the main door makes a loud noise when ppl walk in. I walked in and asked for an hour foot massage for my wife ($26 w/ Card) and an hour body massage for myself ($41 w/ Card) and after confirming that they could, I handed them my debit card. Wow wow wow. She asked if I wanted a medium or a hard massage. I went with hard. I've never been massaged that deep with an elbow (or a knee!) before.
