I received therapeutic massage, cupping, acupuncture as well as Gua Sha. Dr. Recinto gave me a lot of instruction and homework to do before my next visit. She took a lot of time and I felt very cared for during this first visit. The first day after the visit I was sore, but the second day unexpectedly as I walked down my steps the usual pain in my right knee was gone. I stopped and lifted my knee further to see if there would be any pain. It is not gone completely, but has gone down considerably! UPDATE: 02/21/2023 - I have been going to Spectrum Chiropractic since 2022 and have seen both Dr…read more Angel and Dr. Cam. Today I saw Dr. Cam on a more Urgent Appointment. I tweaked something in my neck and thought I had a pinched nerve in my neck. I had the worst pain I have ever felt and I have a very high pain tolerance. I was unable to turn my head to the right or the left without feeling like I was going to black out and even sitting straight up hurt. I messaged Spectrum this morning and heard back from them within a very reasonable time frame. I was able to get in to see Dr. Cam today at 1130am. After talking with him and telling him what happened he told me what he thought was wrong and then proceeded to come up with a treatment plan that would best suit me. I left still feeling sore but not in the same amount of pain as I had walked in with. I am currently writing this review at 3:00pm and actually have decent range of motion and can say that my pain level went from a 15/10 to a 5/10!! Dr. Cam really showed today how much he cares about his patients and really proves you aren't just another number or $ with Spectrum Chiropractic! I will be following the stretching exercises Dr. Cam sent me along with my GP Dr recommendations. I really am so happy I found Spectrum, Dr. Cam, Dr. Angel and the whole crew!! 2022- FIRST VISIT I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Spectrum Chiropractic and Dr. Angel Ochoa-Rea! From the moment my mom and I walked in we were greeting by Evelyn who was so kind and took us right back into a room! You can tell she reviewed my record before I got there and was asking me about my job (vet tech/practice manager)! We didn't have to wait long (we arrived 20 minutes before the appointment to make sure I could find parking - that's on me) to see Dr. Angel! When he came in he made me feel so comfortable. I explained to him my issues and he listened to all of my concerns and problems. I have an issue with anxiety when being at doctors offices but Dr. Angel and his team made it feel so warm and inviting. Dr. Angel talked me through every step of the way to make sure I felt okay. During the adjustment he checked in as well each time to make sure nothing hurt, even during the shockwave (sound wave therapy)! The shockwave (soundwave) therapy was so relaxing and for someone who doesn't like medical treatments done to them (me) I LOVED IT, to know there's a device that can break up scar tissue and help promote healing in my muscles that I've done damage to is amazing! He came up with a treatment plan for the issues I have. Once he was done Evelyn came back in and went over the treatment plan and I am looking forward to coming back for my next sessions! Can't wait to meet the rest of the team! Thank you everyone @ Spectrum Chiro!!!!!

I can't recommend Dr. Megan at Elevated Chiropractic highly enough. My family and I have been…read moreseeing her for more than two years, and she has truly been a blessing to all of us. I've been receiving different types of chiropractic care for more than 20 years, so I came into my first visit with Dr. Megan having a pretty good understanding of my own history. Before seeing her, I had already had X-rays done elsewhere and knew exactly which disc in my back had been herniated and ruptured. What made my first visit especially interesting was that I intentionally didn't tell her any of that. Dr. Megan didn't require X-rays or any other imaging as part of my initial assessment. Instead, she spent roughly 30 minutes evaluating my movement, range of motion, and how my body responded to different stretches and movements. Without having any of my previous chiropractic records or knowing my history, she was able to identify the specific problem areas in my back--and, incredibly, pinpoint the exact disc that had been giving me problems. That first assessment told me everything I needed to know. I knew I had found someone who really understood what she was doing. Over the past two years, Dr. Megan has helped me continue doing the things I love and maintain an active lifestyle. Whether it's chiropractic adjustments or soft-tissue work when and where it's needed, she takes the time to understand what my body is dealing with rather than treating everyone the same way. One of the most impressive examples was a nagging hand/wrist issue I had dealt with for nearly two years following a mountain biking injury. I had convinced myself that I had probably torn a ligament and would just have to live with it. During one visit, Dr. Megan took a look at it and noticed that something wasn't aligned properly in my wrist. In what felt like maybe three minutes, she addressed it--and the nagging problem I had been dealing with for two years was finally resolved. I honestly couldn't believe it. My wife and our three kids (7, 13, and 19) have also been seeing Dr. Megan, and we all trust her completely. She pays attention to each of their individual lifestyles, activities, and needs, and she genuinely cares about the person she's treating. Dr. Megan isn't just our chiropractor--she has become someone our entire family trusts and appreciates. She has made a meaningful difference in our ability to stay active and feel our best. I love referring my friends to her whenever I get the opportunity, because when you find someone who is this good at what they do, you want the people you care about to experience it too. If you're looking for a chiropractor who takes the time to assess you, listens to you, and genuinely cares about helping you stay active and healthy, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Megan and Elevated Chiropractic.
