Very homely and professional. They keep to their word, and their work speaks for itself. Kiah paid attention to every area of ache I complained about before my massage. THE NAIL TECH WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I have supported this…read morenail shop and given tips to the techs and some say thanks and some didn't but yet I continued to patronize this business. (SHOULD HAVE STOPPED THEN) Well on September 4th 2026 I got my eyebrows done and my toenail polish changed (GEL POLISH) that evening the polish lifted so I went in the next day and approached the nail technician with kindness and said can I ask you a question and immediately she looked at me and became extremely rude and told me to go sit down. The young lady pedicure she was doing said to her nicely she simply wanted to ask you a question and she again was rude and was telling me to sit down and was rolling her eyes. When I say you really had to be there. I wished I would have video her behavior. It was so uncalled for. The manager came out and said she would fix it but by that time I did not want her to touch my feet so I decided I'm no longer going back and will not refer anyone else to ET NAILS. The 3 beautiful ladies that was their and witnessed how rude the tech was to me and you see this review. Thank you for your support. May God favor you all the rest of you days

They just decided to laid her off, call to come and pick everything from the office but without entering school. She also did about a 3 minute arm, hand massage on me, which I was expecting for more- but I think because I was cut 15 minutes of service it lacked in the massaging time. Wouldn't come back.
