They have about 5 massage therapists that work here on a consistent basis and have referred colleagues and family here since. All their therapists here are top notch is getting out all your aches and kinks leaving you relaxed. It was a blessing to meet a therapist who help me ease my neck, shoulder, mid and lower back pains so I could go back to my daily activities. Give this place a try, they even accept direct billing

Sometimes you have to be patient but it's totally worth it. I love the practice and the way it's laid out in the basement suite of a very nice new house. It's so quiet I never hear a peep, it smells so nice and the temperature is always perfect. Dawn is always exactly on time and makes you feel so welcome and is always happy to see you. She never cuts the massage short. She listens intently on what you have to say and what your needs are for that massage and caters each massage to your needs that visit. I can't imagine anyone would be able to find anything to complain about here! So happy I found this place.

I dropped by this place on Oct 2025, I was going to take only one session to see how is it. They gave me different pricing with and without membertship and they told me it is free to try the membership, which it is true join membership costs nothing. I booked the appointment for massage, gave them my info and credit card information. When I was there at the spot to do massage, I found that the catch is that you have to commite minimum 3 months to have the discounted price. Otherwise, the price is much higher than other places. So that is fine I can tried 3 times, I was kindly to sign the commiment/membership. (They gave me bunch of paper works, normally people were are not going to read them words by words, which would cause you a no-easy-quit) After you in the program, they will pre-charge your credit card then you can use it. My other massage places are not doing this, you alwasy do the treatment and then pay. Thing gets intereting is that when my 3 months commiment is over. I told them at the spot in the store on Dec 2025 when my 3rd treatment done, I would like to cancel my membership; they said they can not cancel it; they have me to email them; also I have to do it in 30 days advance. I initially, just wanted to try for only 3 times, see the screenshot, from Oct to Dec 2025. When membership finished, they do not give you a easy way to quit; due to the holidays and email cancellation request only, they kicked the ball, intentionally to comlicate and delay the process, so to have you miss the so-called policy cancellation period, and sure, charge you ahead and make you spend more there. ( cuz normally, people would not pay much attention to the rule and do not care since we covered by insurance.) Then I emailed them on Jan 19 2026 to cancel the auto withdraw and membership;(my 4th payment was already charged on 15th). They replied back to me the cancellation is confirmed on Feb 5th. see the screenshot email. So I was like, fine, they already charged me, I can use it then that is it. On Feb 28, I was going to use my 4th credit, they told me you can not use it until you make the 5th payment for 15th Feb. The reason is that, your cancellation submmited on 19th Jan, there is no 30 days notice in advance. So you have to make one more payment: 5th payment, then you can use the 4th credit today. I was like, my commitment is over, I should be able to quit anytime I want, and I did the email request too. This is such a rip-off, It is understandable you pre-charge my credit card for the 3 month term, but why when it is finished. You are still authorized to pre-charge me? This business is trying their best to squeeze as much as they can out of you. If you argue with them, they just saying you sign the documents. I understand I am covered by insurance, it is kind free for me, but this is not moral to do so.

So I set up my profile, but then they wanted my credit card information???? No. I called in to see if I could book an appointment but they again wouldn't do it without my credit card. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! So I went somewhere else. But now, I'm getting emails for heating pads and home massagers out of the states, plus text messages from their office. They didn't even wait one day to sell my information!!! And they want my credit card???? Unfortunately, I have no way now to cancel my profile.

Prices are average as physical therapy goes, but the people who work there really know what they're doing, and are happy to explain the process and techniques to you. The technique also works, if you stick with it, and for many, myself included, diligence is the difficult part. They have a series of roughly eight to ten private rooms, which are used in the massage and electro-therapy sessions (not as painful as it sounds), and serve as a nice touch. The biggest grief for me was the restricted working hours - if I work 9 - 5, how am I supposed to get down here on time? Innovation does tend to be over-worked - typically they have only one or two doctors to cover all the patients, so you can wind up waiting for the doctor to come back during your appointment. Not a fan of that, but I understand. If you need a place to recover after an injury, this is definitely a good way to go!

Brayden was my therapist and helped me improve ALOT we started from 0 and came at at least 8 out of 10 for mobility and pain which is a great achievement. When Brayden was away, the rest of the staff that worked on me knew about my issues and helped me just as much. Front staff was always super nice and great with scheduling. I had a wonderful hour long massage from RMT Amanda!…read more It is a very quite place (at least at 1:30 - 2:30 when I was in) - Sometimes Chiropractic offices can be really crowded and noisy if it is the type of place that has multiple doctors that see a new patient every 15 minutes. But this is a very small practice with 1 Chiropractor, 1 full time RMT and 2 part time massage therapists. The entrance and waiting room is nice and big. It is quite simply decorated. The rooms are nice, and the table was very comfortable and quite. There is lots of parking, but it is a busy lot as they are located next to a Shoppers, which is located beside a Safeway. If you are looking for a massage, especially for therapeutic reasons - not just a "spa" experience. I highly suggest booking in here and seeing Amanda. She has fantastic hands and is amazing at helping, healing and feeling like your best self.
