We came here last month for a couples massage. It was nice, calming, relaxing and staff is great You come in at least 15 minutes early to fill in paperwork (ex: medical history, no touch spots, etc) and you get to pick a scented lotion that will be used during your massage (I like the lemongrass). We've been to another Massage Heights in a different area and my thoughts so far is that Massage Heights, in general, offers a basic, mostly effleurrage type of massage experience that includes the option of hot stones, foot scrubs and other add-on services. Personally, I prefer a more intense massage to remove knots. Ive requested heavy pressure before, but it wasn't enough to work out the knots. The worst massage experience in Edmonton. !!!!Read this befor you go, Avoid my mistake!!!!!! The whole story is a legit rip-off. I dropped by this place on Oct 2025, I was going to take only one session to see how is it. They gave me different pricing with and without membertship and they told me it is free to try the membership, which it is true join membership costs nothing. I booked the appointment for massage, gave them my info and credit card information. When I was there at the spot to do massage, I found that the catch is that you have to commite minimum 3 months to have the discounted price. Otherwise, the price is much higher than other places. So that is fine I can tried 3 times, I was kindly to sign the commiment/membership. (They gave me bunch of paper works, normally people were are not going to read them words by words, which would cause you a no-easy-quit) After you in the program, they will pre-charge your credit card then you can use it. My other massage places are not doing this, you alwasy do the treatment and then pay. Thing gets intereting is that when my 3 months commiment is over. I told them at the spot in the store on Dec 2025 when my 3rd treatment done, I would like to cancel my membership; they said they can not cancel it; they have me to email them; also I have to do it in 30 days advance. I initially, just wanted to try for only 3 times, see the screenshot, from Oct to Dec 2025. When membership finished, they do not give you a easy way to quit; due to the holidays and email cancellation request only, they kicked the ball, intentionally to comlicate and delay the process, so to have you miss the so-called policy cancellation period, and sure, charge you ahead and make you spend more there. ( cuz normally, people would not pay much attention to the rule and do not care since we covered by insurance.) Then I emailed them on Jan 19 2026 to cancel the auto withdraw and membership;(my 4th payment was already charged on 15th). They replied back to me the cancellation is confirmed on Feb 5th. see the screenshot email. So I was like, fine, they already charged me, I can use it then that is it. On Feb 28, I was going to use my 4th credit, they told me you can not use it until you make the 5th payment for 15th Feb. The reason is that, your cancellation submmited on 19th Jan, there is no 30 days notice in advance. So you have to make one more payment: 5th payment, then you can use the 4th credit today. I was like, my commitment is over, I should be able to quit anytime I want, and I did the email request too. This is such a rip-off, It is understandable you pre-charge my credit card for the 3 month term, but why when it is finished. You are still authorized to pre-charge me? This business is trying their best to squeeze as much as they can out of you. If you argue with them, they just saying you sign the documents. I understand I am covered by insurance, it is kind free for me, but this is not moral to do so. read more

I found this place through google, and tried to book an online appointment through their website. You have to give all your personal info.....ok. So I set up my profile, but then they wanted my credit card information???? No. I called in to see if I could book an appointment but they again wouldn't do it without my credit card. That is absolutely ridiculous!!! So I went somewhere else. But now, I'm getting emails for heating pads and home massagers out of the states, plus text messages from their office. They didn't even wait one day to sell my information!!! And they want my credit card???? Unfortunately, I have no way now to cancel my profile. read more

Came here with a few girlfriends who had massage appointments booked. I managed to get a last minute appointment so I could join them. Located in a strip mall in Windermere, very easy to get to and lots of parking. Three young girls were behind the desk when we walked in. We were immediately greeted. Since I was a new customer, I had paperwork to fill out and was told to arrive 15 minutes earlier when I made the appointment. The girl asked which scent of oil I preferred out of three choices. I went with the mildest one due to allergies, it was a very light scent. There is a comfortable small seating area in the middle of the room for customers and a table nearby with refreshing water flavoured naturally. The environment felt peaceful and relaxing. Behind the two big doors were all the massage rooms along the hallways. My massage therapist introduced herself and lead me to a room in a corner. Now I felt like I was going for a medical examination since it was so quiet and the rooms are very private. She asked if I was in pain and what area I would like massaged. Apparently there are different prices depending on the type of massage. Since I was referred by a friend, I received a discounted price. My massage was nice and she was a little gentler than what I am used too. Usually I can close my eyes and almost fall asleep but I didn't feel like that. Once I was finished, I was offered some refreshing cool water. Outside by the desk, the same young girl sat with me to discuss packages. I was not impressed how this place tries to retain customers! In order to get a cheaper price, you need to commit to paying for a monthly massage through your bank account. If you don't use the massage every month, you can "save" the massage to use at a later time. What? People would like to come for a massage when they feel like they need it and why should it only be cheaper if they purchase a package? I liked my massage therapist but because I am not willing to purchase a package or pay more, she will not get any business from me. I don't think that's fair to her. Been going here for a few years and some of the therapists are decent the problem is the management. Had to cancel a reservation in at 0830 in the morning for a 2pm appointment. This was my first cancellation ever. Told it would cost me 1/2 the price. They wanted to take it off my credit card rather then the credit I already had. Once my membership runs out I'm done. Had enough. Oh some of the therapists aren't covered by insurance too. read more

I've been going to massage heights for years and I've accessed different locations. The people at the front desk are always attentive, kind, and friendly. I've also had various different massage therapists and all have been very professional. Recently, I went to Hector at this location. I love deep tissue massages, and Hector knew exactly what to do and afterwards provided me with various ideas for stretches that I could do to relive pain in my troubled areas. The therapist I have had my past 2 visits is excellent. He is very skilled and fun to chat with (we chat throughout the massage, but if you are one who prefers to relax quietly, that's also possible!). The facilities are clean and I love the linens (Comphy) on the beds, as well as the choice of essential oil scent. The scents aren't too powerful and don't bother my nose. One thing I don't like is that when you pay for a massage, let's say 60 min, they are really only giving you about 50 minutes. "Consultation" time is factored out of the massage time which I find unusual and unnecessary if you're a repeat client. This is all in the fine print and other massage clinics I have visited give you a full 60 min massage if that's what they're actually advertising! That's my only beef with Massage Heights. read more

I think their prices are reasonable (69.96 for a 60 minute massage with the once a month massage package) and the studio is clean and relaxing. The massage therapist are awesome here however the program has really pissed me off. After your first massage you are greater by high pressures saleswoman to sign up a 1 year contract. I was able to negotiate 6 months. What I don't like is that the payment comes out every month so even if you miss it you can use it later but you don't get the money back from your benefits until you get a massage. Secondly they say 6 months but you have to cancel a month before in order for it not auto renew I hate contracts that do this. Secondly they did not explain this while I was signing up or on the contract but when you cancel on time they will take one more payment. This is only on the cancelation form no where else. When I got mad about this all they said is the lady who signed me up should have told me this. I said she didn't and they said ya we have heard that a lot. That's it, I do not think they should be able to charge an extra month when they did not tell me and not on the contract it's very sneaky and makes the company look bad. I would have signed up again when my benefits renew but the whole program is B.S. Again love the massage therapists but that's it. read more
