We've been to another Massage Heights in a different area and my thoughts so far is that Massage Heights, in general, offers a basic, mostly effleurrage type of massage experience that includes the option of hot stones, foot scrubs and other add-on services. Personally, I prefer a more intense massage to remove knots. Ive requested heavy pressure before, but it wasn't enough to work out the knots. We have a six month membership with Massage Heights and so far everything has been good.

I dropped by this place on Oct 2025, I was going to take only one session to see how is it. They gave me different pricing with and without membertship and they told me it is free to try the membership, which it is true join membership costs nothing. I booked the appointment for massage, gave them my info and credit card information. When I was there at the spot to do massage, I found that the catch is that you have to commite minimum 3 months to have the discounted price. Otherwise, the price is much higher than other places. So that is fine I can tried 3 times, I was kindly to sign the commiment/membership. (They gave me bunch of paper works, normally people were are not going to read them words by words, which would cause you a no-easy-quit) After you in the program, they will pre-charge your credit card then you can use it. My other massage places are not doing this, you alwasy do the treatment and then pay. Thing gets intereting is that when my 3 months commiment is over. I told them at the spot in the store on Dec 2025 when my 3rd treatment done, I would like to cancel my membership; they said they can not cancel it; they have me to email them; also I have to do it in 30 days advance. I initially, just wanted to try for only 3 times, see the screenshot, from Oct to Dec 2025. When membership finished, they do not give you a easy way to quit; due to the holidays and email cancellation request only, they kicked the ball, intentionally to comlicate and delay the process, so to have you miss the so-called policy cancellation period, and sure, charge you ahead and make you spend more there. ( cuz normally, people would not pay much attention to the rule and do not care since we covered by insurance.) Then I emailed them on Jan 19 2026 to cancel the auto withdraw and membership;(my 4th payment was already charged on 15th). They replied back to me the cancellation is confirmed on Feb 5th. see the screenshot email. So I was like, fine, they already charged me, I can use it then that is it. On Feb 28, I was going to use my 4th credit, they told me you can not use it until you make the 5th payment for 15th Feb. The reason is that, your cancellation submmited on 19th Jan, there is no 30 days notice in advance. So you have to make one more payment: 5th payment, then you can use the 4th credit today. I was like, my commitment is over, I should be able to quit anytime I want, and I did the email request too. This is such a rip-off, It is understandable you pre-charge my credit card for the 3 month term, but why when it is finished. You are still authorized to pre-charge me? This business is trying their best to squeeze as much as they can out of you. If you argue with them, they just saying you sign the documents. I understand I am covered by insurance, it is kind free for me, but this is not moral to do so.

Sometimes you have to be patient but it's totally worth it. I love the practice and the way it's laid out in the basement suite of a very nice new house. It's so quiet I never hear a peep, it smells so nice and the temperature is always perfect. Dawn is always exactly on time and makes you feel so welcome and is always happy to see you. She never cuts the massage short. She listens intently on what you have to say and what your needs are for that massage and caters each massage to your needs that visit.
