The worst massage I've ever had. I asked for work on my lower back and neck - she didn't even touch my lower back. All she did was rub massage lotion on me. There was no pressure at all. She spent more time straightening the sheets and getting lotion then actually working on me. I've never been so disappointed in a massage in my entire life. When I let them know, they still charged my card. I'm disputing the payment, so we shall see. Don't go here! read more

Massage Heights traps you in unclear contracts for their services. They say you can cancel any time but they actually have a laborious process that includes having to give 30 days notice and then wait 3-5 days for someone from the company to contact YOU in order to cancel the contract, which means it's already past their 30 day limit so they are justified in landing one last unused charge on you. They are thieving scumbags. Do not sign up for anything with them. Do not give them your credit card number. I will be reporting them to the BBB. read more

The gift card that was given to me for Mother's Day is not even a year old and when I went to book an appointment was told that it has expired and they refuse to honor the card! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have a membership and have been getting massage monthly since February - of the three people I've seen Adam is AWESOME and will definitely be going back to see him. Not only does he do great deep tissue massage, he is also extremely personable and easy to get along with - I laughed so hard during this appointment, this guy is so great and definitely recommend. They were able to book me in same day on a Saturday, which was wonderful since I was desperate for a massage. I have an injury due to an accident a few years back and it needed to be tended to ASAP. I had called a few places before hand (slightly closer to my apt but had no luck). And remembered that this was conveniently located right in the brewery district. It's a lovely new location. Front staff were very polite and attentive. Informed me of their rates. You can pay either as a non member but rates are higher. Your 1st massage is a great price and they have additional services at a discount price for your 1st time (elevations they call them). I added a hot stone services at 50% off (which was 100% worth it btw). If you have a benefit plan that covers a massage a month it's is worth it to sign up as a member, massage prices are at a great price point and you can get additional services and products with a discount. Also the place is very clean and had a lovely ambiance. Aroma therapy is complimentary with your massage and you get to choose from 4 different scents. Now to talk about the massage! I was lucky to fill in a cancelation with a RMT named Kat. She was amazing! She listened to my concerns and really focussed on what I needed. I like a deep tissue massage and she really knew how to get the pressure right. Kat was very informative on how I may feel in the coming days which was great to know. I felt great when I left and have already booked another apt with her next month. The front end staff had a nice spa water waiting with my reciept (in proper format to submit to insurance company). Initially before I booked I was slightly sceptic on booking a massage at a chain company, but was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with my experience at Massage Heights. read more

this place is amazing. EXTREMELY professional. My Husband and I went in for a couples massage. We both had the greatest massages we have ever had. The room was amazing and quiet and smelled great. As soon as you walk into the business you nose is lifted with amazing aromatherapy and lovely music in the background. The staff are nice it's reasonably priced and we had an overall terrific time. I booked my first massage for the same day which was nice that they got me in. But for some reason my 60 minute massage was only 50. Because it was my first visit? They explained that there was a consultation at the end but the masseuse told me to drink more water and stretch. That only took one minute The massage itself was good but she asked me what she would like her to focus on and I said feet, she did feet for probably 20 seconds each.They are really pushy on Tips and also the went on and on about the membership which I didn't like. read more

I was really impressed with this place, I haven't had a professional massage for 20 years so I was very nervous, I was at the point of discomfort that I was forced to come even though I am not comfortable with having massages, from the walk in the door I felt welcomed and the questionnaire made me feel at ease. I loved the calming music and the reception questions put me at ease. My message therapist Raj listened to my requests and offered valuable information at the end. The overall massage was on point with what I needed and she understood my condition which really helped because I was so tense, I will be back for sure. I do understand how they want you to sign up for longer packages but when I declined they did not continue. I feel from other reviews this was a put off for them and I understand being a person with a certain amount in spending account but when I mentioned it to them they understood and didn't push forward which I appreciated. I will be back and thankfully less nervous with the exceptional service provided today. read more

I recently hurt my neck at work and had been experiencing pain due to that injury. On top of the high stress of my career, I could barely move my neck due to the tension I decided to book a massage so that a professional could relieve at least some of the pressure. I do not make a lot of money, nor do I have a health insurance plan that allows for coverage of massage therapy, so this is a luxury that I can only afford to treat myself to once in a blue moon. My massage went fine, the massage therapist definitely made my neck and back feel way better. However, my issue was with the first 10 minutes of my visit. When I first arrived for my massage and approached the front desk, I was immediately asked if I knew about their membership options that require monthly payments. I explained to the girl my financial situation and let her know I would perhaps think about a membership when I had more time and financial support. The front desk attendant seemed to understand, or so I thought, but clearly she didn't care or listen as she then looked at me and asked how I would like to pay for my monthly membership. So I re-explained my financial situation - something that is embarrassing in itself, without being asked to repeat it - and again said not at this time. The attendant than tried to "get me a deal" for the Extended package by consulting with another coworker and making it seem like she was getting me a great deal. Again, I politely declined their offer. And again, she looks me in the eye and asks how I'd like to pay for my monthly package with the deal on the extensions (additional treatments). At this point I was NOT relaxed, I was NOT looking forward to my massage and I just wanted to end that uncomfortable exchange so I said No, thank you for a 3rd time and the front desk attendant looked and acted personally offended that I declined her as clearly she was not going to get whatever commission she was after. I was not asked any prior questions to my massage nor given the questionnaire which is usually provided to notify the massage therapist of problem areas and areas to stay away from. I'd like to think there was another reason for this besides my declining the monthly payment package I couldn't afford, but it certainly seemed like it. Overall, I just wanted to relax and have some of my pain relieved for an evening and instead I left feeling annoyed and slightly ashamed of my own personal situation that doesn't allow me to go to places like this very often. Now I can certainly say I will not go again to any Massage Heights location. read more
