Have gone here several times and have yet to receive a good massage unfortunately. Beware of the membership. Came with a gift certificate I was told I could use at any location. I clarified before becoming a member if I would be able to use it in Houston. The certificate is only eligible at the schertz location not anywhere. This location does not offer couples massages anymore either. The lady who took my call kept talking over me and interrupting me even after I pointed it out. My First visit experience: Asked for more pressure during the massage multiple times and unfortunately it never transitioned from light to firm. My Massage really felt more like a back rub 90% of the time. I was 10-15 early and got to the room 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, the Masseuse stopped about 10 minutes early since it was near closing time, so I paid for 90 got 65ish minutes . A free foot scrub was included with a 90 minute purchase. I had to bring it up but obviously too late to have it done. So I was told the only way to redeem it for free was to buy another massage which are all very overpriced unless you buy the membership. There was no other way to book this alone. Computer software wouldn't allow it... Not all bad, clean, professional customer service, everyone was friendly and updated remodel tasteful and a nice plus. Not sure if I would recommend. Just wasn't impressed or felt they wanted to or would make it right. I left a tip because it's an old habit and seemed like the right thing to do. They tried. read more

I did not sign up for membership but yet I was charged 3 times. Also, I was not told of the extra $12 for certain massage therapist because of their certification. I signed up for the contract with them for me and my wife. So far through five months they have canceled 3 times and one of the time without notification and another time the lady at the desk scheduled us for a Friday when we specifically asked for Saturday. I called and left a message for the Manager on Monday and she failed to return my call. She then advised me that they would not refund my money but that we were owed four hours of Massages and then advised me that I was under contract! So they don't have any issue taking your money but they do providing the service and then they threaten you with the contract that you signed. I have a membership contract here with this location. Let me say this, DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!!!!! Truthfully now days everyone is getting away from contracts. There is just to much competition out there now as well as the internet to speak out. If you have a good staff and a good company why trap a paying customer, if you believe your the best out there than I do not need to be trapped. Every visit at this Schertz location has been screwed up with a massage therapist. The contract I signed with my services has never been held up. My massage therapist forgot to do the extra service that is suppose to be added to the massage as well as 90 min message neither was given. I was told oh well it's free you can get it next time. No!!! It's not free! I paid for it in my monthly contract. Customer service lacks here. I agree pretty much with all the other bad reviews at this location. The receptionist are pretty bad as well, When they call to tell me I have a credit now on my account they sound like they are mumbling and just completely annoyed they have to call to speak to someone. Why work some where you hate? Again, Customer service pretty much lacks her as well as bad service. I would not recommend this company nor will I keep my contract when it's complete. read more

Hello, I would like to give some constructive feedback for the facility and the massage therapist. First, when i went in they did not have my right time booked. My time was 11am and they had me down for 12:30. I had hired a babysitter for my children. When i heard this it was almost an instant panic because i had already paid for care but possibly was not going to get in. They did get me right in at 11 am but i then wondered if they were really ready for my appointment with regards to massage needs or the hot stone i had requested. Second, I believe the head rest was at the wrong height and made my neck hurt almost the entire time. I did ask for it to be adjusted but I'm still sure it was not wear it needed to be and it caused my neck now to hurt. Third, i got burned on my right chest under might collar bone next to my armpit from the hot stone. I did think it was really hot, however i am not a massage therapist and figured he must know the correct temperature. Fourth, I asked for him to increase the massage pressure. He said he would and he needed to put the stones on first to relax the muscle. He did not massage harder. I do not feel relaxed at all from my massage and now have this sting from the light burn of the stone on my chest. Fifth, I felt as if he felt uncomfortable massaging my chest(not breasts) or my leg because he was a young man and me being female. I only received massage towards my knee and down to my armpits. I do not feel i received my moneys worth for a 90 minute massage. When the massage had ended after 90 minutes i had asked if it had been 90 minutes because i did not feel better at all.I actually have pain now in the back of my head,neck and chest. My massage therapist is very young and very inexperienced. I believe the massage therapist needs some more training after only working at your facility for a month. I did not know how to address this with the massage therapist or the facility. I definitely would like for this to come across as constructive with room for improvement and growth. Management called back Hello I just spoke with management at green valley. I was not pleased with the call. She did ask how my burn was and I said it was alright. She offered me to come back in with another massage therapist at introduction rate instead of refund or asking if I would like another massage complimentary. I said I don't want to have to pay for another massage and she said alright. I said have a good day as she was hanging up. Follow up Management did call back and was much nicer this time. Offered a complimentary massage similar to what I paid for with a more experienced therapist. I will update after massage read more
