The lady on the phone was nice to explain the options they have and her English is understandable, even so her kindness was apparent through her voice. She was super smart (the app was too! ) and did a wonderful massage to rid of my pain on my back. Got the an hour massage for $60, plus tip. Pretty reasonable for me. And the result was priceless. The website is not up to date on pricing and very little is in English which made it especially hard to navigate. I booked what I thought was a foot and back massage. Without asking me what my name was or what I was there for, she took me straight back to a private room and then asked me "What do you want?" I was so confused and trying to explain what I was there for but she didn't speak English well, and ended up calling her manager who acted like she had no idea what kind of services they even offered. The pictures shown on yelp are not current. Those images look exactly how I was expecting a reflexology place to look. What I walked into looked like the back room of a strip club. Everything was closed off and "private" and I immediately felt nervous and uncomfortable. I eventually walked back to the front and told the woman I wasn't interested in whatever it is they were offering there

After eight sessions of massage therapy and one facial, it's time for me to sing the praises of…read morethis place. But first, a brief history of how I decided to seek massage therapy. I am 67 years of age and was experiencing the aches and pain of growing older. I finally had enough of going to my primary care physician and getting no relief. All she would do is prescribe medication, which gave me little to no real relief. In fact, I was experiencing more of the negative side effects than positive ones. She finally recommended sports therapy. But I had been there and done that during major surgery rehab. That's when I decided to seek the alternative of massage therapy, and because i did, my life has been changed for the better. After eight sessions with Audrey since July 31st, two custom, one therapeutic, two Swedish, two CcranioSacral and one Lymphatic, all of my chronic aches and pain have been eliminated. No more constant neck, shoulders and left foot pain. I no longer need to take all of those toxic pharmaceutical medications, including for blood pressure and a statin for cholesterol. In September, Victoria gave me my first ever facial and it was fantastic. It won't be the last. I now sleep better and don't have to sleep as long. I can do things now that I would not have dreamed of trying less than six months ago, I feel and look better than I have in a long time. My family and friends have noticed the difference too. I will be a client for life and cannot recommend Wholistic Body Solutions strongly enough Many thanks to Audrey, Tori and the entire staff. You can tell they love what they do to help folks look and feel better.

She made sure I was comfortable with the foot bath temperature before beginning. Carissa started with soft pressure and slowly increased and always listened if I needed a firmer or lighter touch. She will gently help stretch your hips, legs, ankles, and shoulders after massaging each area, and she listens if you need a break from the stretch. The only thing I did NOT like was that she tried to crack my back for me, so I asked her to stop. The scalp massage at the end was also very relaxing. She did not ask for tip up front like the other girls do, so I asked her to run my card again for a tip afterward. (I really don't like that the other staff want their tip up front! It should be based on the service!) After my last visit, this was a much better experience with Carissa! I will call and specifically book with her again.
