The website is not up to date on pricing and very little is in English which made it especially hard to navigate. I booked what I thought was a foot and back massage. When I walked in, the woman who greeted me looked to be in a Halloween costume with a short skirt and top which were both very... revealing. Without asking me what my name was or what I was there for, she took me straight back to a private room and then asked me "What do you want?" I was so confused and trying to explain what I was there for but she didn't speak English well, and ended up calling her manager who acted like she had no idea what kind of services they even offered. The pictures shown on yelp are not current. Those images look exactly how I was expecting a reflexology place to look. What I walked into looked like the back room of a strip club. Everything was closed off and "private" and I immediately felt nervous and uncomfortable. I eventually walked back to the front and told the woman I wasn't interested in whatever it is they were offering there

The whole experience was questionable from setting the appointment to the massage…read more My name was not asked, I just came in and confirmed I was the one that called. When I phoned in and made the appointment I asked if she wanted my name but she said my phone number was enough. I was placed in a room that was not comfortable for me. I have been to spas before and this was by far the most unprofessional one by far. The room, I should have noticed in the photos, was just old, very sparse and needed updating. The ambiance was disappointing. I waited in the room for 5 mins for the person to return. When she came back and started I was thinking I could have paid my grandchild to do this. How many times could my arch get messaged before it would disappear or scraping the underside of my toes. Not a reflexology massage I envisioned. No explanation of a massage or reflexology. No forewarning of touching my thighs, which caught me by surprise. She also smelled of cigarettes and openly coughed twice while massaging. Then to top it off the 30 mins massage was $40. No I don't recommend this place although she mentioned if I gave a 5 star google review I would be given a 10 dollar discount on my next massage. I would have to show proof if the review. I paid her and did not receive a receipt. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

When we arrived, the ladies…read morewere very nice and welcoming, and my husband really enjoyed his massage and had a great experience with his therapist. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different. I was not asked what type of massage I wanted or what pressure I was comfortable with. For the entire hour, the therapist continuously used her elbows with extremely deep pressure. I told her more than three times that she was hurting me and that the pressure was too hard, but unfortunately, it continued. I even ended up with a bruise on my back afterward. This was three weeks ago, and I am still experiencing a lot of neck and back pain from the experience. I have had deep-tissue massages at other places before, so I understand what a deep-tissue massage can feel like, but this was far beyond anything I have experienced before. I honestly wasn't going to leave a review because the staff was very nice and I don't believe anyone intended to cause harm. However, I do feel this is important feedback. I strongly recommend having clients complete a form or being asked beforehand what type of massage they are looking for, what areas they want worked on, and what level of pressure they are comfortable with. Most importantly, when a client says multiple times that the pressure is too painful, it should be taken seriously and adjusted immediately. I hope this feedback is helpful because I would hate for someone else to have a similar experience.

Two ladies were upfront, one therapist and a front desk worker. They had no therapist available at the time and this was approx. 2pm. I told them I would continue to look for a place who could get me in immediately as my back was killing me. The front desk worker said, well we have a 5:20 pm spot. She said well do you want to book it just in case. I said sure. She said "we ask for a credit card on file, just in case you are a no show, we charge you". I said that make sense. I left and the next place I stopped said they could get me in immediately. I wrote the Xpress location in Keller right away to cancel. I received a response that said the appointment had been cancelled. Two days later I see a charge for over 50 dollars. I called the credit card company that I used, who refunded the money immediately because I have the cancellation text. I then called the facility who said that this is common practice, and their policy is that if you cancel or NO SHOW, you will be charged. Can you imagine this with any other service? I would like dinner at a nice restaurant but then you cancelled it and get charged for what you would have eaten. Or how about a car. I was going to buy a car but changed my mind and they still charged you for the car you should have bought, so that the salesman makes money. This is insanity and I will never be back to this location every again! I would caution you as well. This policy was never conveyed to me and the girl I spoke with on the phone said "oh she probably forgot". Umm yea because why would I ever agree to pay for a probable service? Horrible business. Update: the manager of this business wrote me and said yes we have evidence that our staff didn't advise you of the policy and that he would try to help me get my refund "even though my cc has already refunded the money", but when he saw this review he sent me a text at 11pm at night. "I saw your rediculous review on Yelp. I had told our system not to fight it because it was an honest mistake. But your lies on Yelp are stupidity. You never once on the video said you were going to look for another location for a faster massage. I will upload the video and audio to Yelp to show this. I was ok with eating the 30 dollar chargeback but now I'm going to fight it" These people are not just crooked but obviously have mental issues.
