We were able to be in the same treatment room together, where we were led to comfortable massage tables, so we could stretch out and relax. The atmosphere was so soothing, and my facial truly was relaxing, I didn't realize how much tension I had in my face. All of the products used were nourishing and also lightly scented, something I truly appreciated, I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a neck massage, some shoulder compression-stretched, and some leg and foot massage techniques. Do not book with this massage therapist via Groupon. The addresses listed online do not match where…read morethey are actually located. Here's what happened with our experience: * We purchased a couples massage via Groupon and never received initial communication from the therapist. * After contacting Groupon, she finally texted us on 9/24/24, offering an appointment for October 17th at 10:00 AM. We agreed and provided the requested email and Groupon confirmation. * After this, we received no further communication, and no address was given. The only question we received was whether we preferred Fort Worth or Southlake. We chose Fort Worth. * On the day of our appointment, we drove to both Google-listed locations: Phoenix Salon and Ridglea Renaissance. At Phoenix Salon, they indicated that she should no longer have any association with them, which was a major red flag. The other address led to a business suite (208) that was occupied by a different company. * When she finally returned our call, she admitted to forgetting to send a confirmation email and said, "I must have forgotten and never confirmed it, so it was never on my schedule." If her policy requires email confirmations, that should be clearly communicated in texts. We assumed our appointment was booked based on the conversation. Now, we are in the process of disputing this with Groupon to get a refund. I did not block out her number on text exchange due to it being the same as the business card number.

I used to live down the street, and didn't use my navigation, but almost walked into a carribean massage setup. There are a couple of similar buildings, and some of them offering massage. Trees is across the street from Silver Dollar Winery. I arrived a bit early and Edith was ready for me. First thing, we went over physical history and her process. I have sensitive skin and don't use anything with fragrance, Edith has it covered. I have some prior injuries that need to be considered, Edith is on top of it. She asked me my preference of music, and away we went. The bed was warm, which was really nice, since it was like 30 outside. She started on my back, with a very light touch. I thought it was going to be THAT kind of massage, but no, she was just getting ME ready. I am a hairstylist. I work on my feet, with my arms up. I get tight EVERYWHERE. No matter, I am no match for the mighty Edith. She was amazing. She worked out knots I didn't know I had. I'm sore in spots, but I can MOVE. It is quite possibly the best massage I've had. Edith was informative without being chatty. She didn't ask me if it was too much pressure, she really only spoke to me to give direction, or information. I appreciate that. It didn't feel rushed and the atmosphere was comfortable. I will absolutely be back.

Without an appointment I was lucky enough to find an opening in their schedule. I had one of the best massages ever while I was there. The massage therapist used different techniques to address the several aches and pains in my body that I described and that needed attention. I wish that I had been able to have more than just the 60 minute massage. I felt totally rejuvenated and ready for the weekend when I walked out the door of Diamond Massage. I will return and try a 90 minute massage session next time.
