I had Fiona for my massage therapist, was asked the basic health questions and the pressure I would prefer. I said Medium and as she started, Fiona realized I was far more tense than I realized and kept it at a light pressure. The essential oil was a ylang-ylang base, it is a nice light floral fragrance hints of vanilla and maybe cedar. Now, let's talk about the hands! The best hands I have had for a massage in a long time. The natural intuitive of an experienced partitioner clearly showed in my session. Despite…read morehaving different massage therapists, the overall feeling was the same -- a lack of professional depth and attentiveness to the client's needs. Key takeaways: * Inconsistent technique -- sometimes too soft, other times abrupt pressure on sore areas * Lack of energy and genuine care during the session * Odd personal remarks from the therapist that made me uncomfortable For a place with this pricing, I expected a higher level of service. Maybe others have had better luck -- my sister, for one, absolutely loves this place -- but my experience hasn't convinced me to return just yet. Still, I hope to stop by again next time I'm in town and see some improvements.
