They keep notes on your preferences and regularly ask you what you are needing or if any areas need extra attention. This is the place to go! read more

For several years, I've been going to this location. A couple of months ago, the receptionist told me about their membership program, which I usually have no interest in. I listened to her spiel, and it is truly a great deal even if you only get one treatment a month! I had to call the owner a couple of days due to my credit card number being stolen, and he was so kind to me. I scheduled my massage and he offered me a complimentary rapid tension release session. My massage therapist was wonderful, ensuring that I was comfortable. This particular location is excellent. I would refer this location to anyone! read more

I used to use Massage Envy Aliana back when Troy was there ( pre covid). He did a great deep tissue massage which was great. He left and I was not able to find someone who did as good a job since. Does Massage Envy Aliana have any deep tissue massage therapists? I would like to go back but dont want to start a membership unless they have good deep tissue therapists. read more

Just had a recent visit after it had been closed down for sometime. The new owner very nice guy, seemed to care about how his clients felt and what are ways he can improve from previous experiences. I used to have a membership in the past and loved Cherry who was amazing and the new owner has been trying to acquire some of the previous talents based on client recommendations. Location had closed with a letter on the front door that reads to be an eviction notice. If this location is your main, you should prob find another and request a transfer. If you have accumulated credits at ME-Aliana, they can no longer be transferred to someone as a gift (I think you can still use them for yourself at another location) Good luck! read more

This location has just reopened after being closed for an extended time. I think they may be under new management and they will not last if this is how they are going to treat customers that have been members for more than 10 years. This is isolated to this location, but I highly recommend if you are around this location, drive the extra 5 minutes to the Greatwood location. This location is not worth your money or patronage. read more

Sorry- but it's a hard NO for me. I went the 1st time to check it out and to purchase a massage for a friend. I typically get massages every month so- so I know what to expect and I make those needs known. The first time I had to ask a couple times for the bed warmer to be turned off. Mind you it's July in Houston. The first time I asked the massage therapist laughed. I had to reiterate, ma'am can you please turn it off, at this point I was moving my legs from underneath the sheets so she obliged. The pressure wasn't that great even after letting her know she could be a little firmer in the pressure. I paid $190 for my first 1 hour massage and a 1 hour massage for a friend. The second time I returned- was 2 thumbs down. I hate to say it but it felt like I was getting a massage from a 5 year old- meaning it was beyond gentle. A nice little buff -if you're in to that. I get massages for tension relief. If this is what you're seeking go somewhere else. I'll be sticking to Texas Massage and Body Works! Oh and I only got 45 mins. Showed up 5 mins early, waited for the therapist for 10 mins. Then after I slid off my dress in 30 seconds once I was in the massage room. I laid in the bed and waited another 5 mins. So I didn't even get my full hour! And the second massage was $150 (with only a $10 tip :/ So annoying when you waste money on mediocre service. read more

Do not sign a contract with them. They will just take money from your bank account. Took 130.00 from me after I put freeze on my membership.

I've been a member at this location since just after it opened. The ladies at the front are always so friendly and accommodating. I always feel so welcome and relaxed as soon as I walk in the door. I've been to many top rated spas around the US and was very hesitant to join massage envy but they have proven to try before judging. Love it there! I always look forward to my next appointment. I had terrible hip pain from sitting at a desk all day at work and since getting massages regularly my issue is gone! read more

I have been a loyal customer of massage envy for years, never missed an appointment and I'm rarely ever late. The former branch manager Tonya was amazing! She would always greet me with a friendly smile and worked with me to ensure the best service was provided. Currently, I have been dealing with high levels of stress and scheduled a session for 1 hour. My wife and I went to go vote early and ended up standing in line to vote for a lot longer than we anticipated. So as a result, I missed my appointment (barely) and was charged the full amount of the massage that I never received. When I arrived at Massage Envy, I explained to the new clinic manager Traya Monquin, that I have been a loyal customer who has never missed an appointment for years and that I only just missed this appointment because of early voting lines being extremely long. I also explained that they were supposed to call me in advance and I received no call or text. Come to find out Massage Envy called the wrong number to inform me of my appointment. I showed her staff my sticker but Ms. Traya Monquin refused to accommodate me. Traya made no attempt to reason or entertain my suggestion of just rescheduling. She accepted no responsibility for calling the wrong number repeatedly. She wanted to charge me for a completely new session which I think is unprofessional and flat out cruel. It is for this reason that I'm giving this place a bad review. You should always be willing to work with your clients, especially when they are gracious and friendly. I think you should also treat long time customers with respect and dignity. read more

New facility with great equipment. I had a facial and a hot stone massage. The employees are so nice and accommodating. You will not be sorry if you go to this location for relaxation. The best masseuse ever is Shamin. But everyone there treats you special. read more
