From the outside, you would have no idea Maui has such a relaxing, calming and beautiful space inside. I enjoyed a facial for my first visit and it was relaxing and so wonderful. I treated my husband to a birthday massage and he was also really impressed the moment he stepped foot inside. What stood out to me the most was the impeccable customer service by Kayleen. I had some scheduling difficulties and some special requests, which I wasn't sure how the staff would react or if I was just another number. What mattered is it was really important to me regardless, and their staff did do everything they could to help me. I was very thankful for their attention to my specific needs and how personal they handled it. I wasn't just another number. I was someone they were investing in as a customer from a place of caring not greed. They do offer you some package opportunities your first visit and it is really worth considering as it's a really great value and you're making sure you take care of yourself monthly. I have other friends that do the monthly subscription and shared its the best way to take care of yourself. We look forward to making more visits and in time investing in the membership when were able to. If you have ever been to a Massage Envy in the past - know that many of these are owned & operated as individual franchises, small businesses, not a big corporation. So one Massage Envy could be better than another. This is one worth visiting! read more

I've been a member since this location first opened, and it used to be decent. Unfortunately, over the last year it has gone completely downhill. You can never get an appointment. I've tried repeatedly, weeks and months, with no success. Meanwhile, they continue billing me every month. I now have 10 months of paid services banked that I haven't been able to use. To make matters worse, if you cancel your membership, you lose all that money. So you're stuck paying for services you can't schedule, or forfeiting hundreds of dollars. That feels incredibly deceptive. This membership has become a complete rip-off. If they don't have the staff or availability to support members, they shouldn't be selling memberships. Do NOT recommend joining. read more

I have been meaning to leave this review for quite some time. I have been a Massage Envy member for over 10 years and have visited many locations, but Maui is just different. You can truly feel the care and aloha from everyone who works here. It is a smaller clinic, so scheduling ahead is smart, but they are wonderful about calling if a cancellation opens up. What stands out the most is how much they genuinely care about their members. Emily, the manager, is amazing. Her heart and dedication to both clients and employees make this location so special. read more

Lately it's extremely hard to get appointments, I've had my membership for years but decided it wasn't worth it anymore. When wanting to cancel the front girl Rayann kept forcing me to keep it, as if I can't make my decision to end it, she will also leave you lengthy voicemails trying to upsell you which i had requested to have stopped! When i said i couldn't get in and if she could call me for an upcoming opening next month she said it's not her job to follow up, i need to keep track or be put on a list. I've had to get facials cause i can't get any massages. Everyone else is usually very nice and always has been. Just the lack of therapists and encountering one rude upfront sales girl has really made the place lose its points with me. read more

Brittany at the front desk is wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable. My Massage by David was great! However, I highly recommend that you do something to take care of the horrible stench once you walk through the front door. A massage spa orientated place should smell lovely and aromatic and not like horrible body odor! read more

I have been coming to massage envy for the past 4-5 years & hands down, one of my favorite places on Maui. I always book Christian because he's the best masseuse they have!!!! also their red light therapy is so worth it! read more

I've cherished my Massage Envy membership since my days in Wisconsin; and loved that I was able to transfer it to Maui. It's been worth every penny. Kaori, my go-to masseuse, delivers some of the best massages I've ever experienced. Her expertise in pinpointing and releasing every knot is unmatched. She intuitively knows exactly what my body needs, allowing me to leave each session feeling completely rejuvenated. What I appreciate most is her ability to create a serene and therapeutic environment by keeping conversation to a minimum, letting me fully relax. This membership has been a gift to my well-being, and I truly look forward to each session with Kaori! read more

The location is neat and welcoming. The personnel is friendly. Great massage experience! Once I had a massage therapist with a really bad breath, but in all other cases I had no complaints. read more

Always 5 Star. I started my membership at ME Maui when they first opened over 7 yrs ago. I've been able to experience all their services. They know how to customize my sessions for my needs at that time, whether it's a massage or facial. And I notice when I use red light therapy I'm more relaxed and sleep better. The ladies at the front desk are always so welcoming. read more

Everything. Relaxing comfortable professional and friendly. Highly recommend Massage Envy.

Everything started off well until the massage began and my masseuse fell asleep multiple times during my massage. Yes you read that right. He also sat down most of the time on a stool with wheels and massaged me with one hand. I've never experienced something like that during a professional massage. The 2-stars is for the receptionist who welcomed me with friendliness and profusely apologized at the end when I brought all of the above to her attention. She wanted to comp me another massage with someone else, and even offered a complimentary facial... I politely declined all of it. This place is not for me. read more

Absolutely love going here and getting spoiled. I always feel so great after every massage.

Massage envy is where it's at. Finally a spot for locals in the downtown area. Reasonably priced with a monthly membership. Also, if you can't make it in your credits stack up for future use. The therapist are lol 5 stars in my eyes. They are super professional and friendly. I really enjoy coming to this location. Oahu locations tend to book up really quickly. Kahului tends to be able to squeeze me in on a last minutes notice. Parking is free and out front and there's lots of it. Pro tip is request and tenured therapist that specializes in what your looking for, ex: sports massage, relaxation, lomilomi etc. They also have ads on services like hot towels and essential oils. They also have a vibrating tool that helps loosen up muscles prior to your massage. My favorite is getting lavender oil with a hotel towel. They also offer facials and stretching sessions. read more

Really wanted to like Massage Envy, but it took a while to find someone who could truly do deep tissue massage. Once I did, I discovered it was nearly impossible to book her unless I planned at least two months out. I need help when I'm hurting, not two months from now. read more

Best massage EVER!!! The atmosphere was very calming. The service was superb. They even made food recommendations!!!

I'm a Massage Envy Member from San Diego, CA visiting family who lives in Maui. The location is great with lots of parking spaces and very clean! It's located close to Target. My massage Therapist was Lily and I highly recommend her!! She was amazing and took her time to really get to know you. I have previous injuries and she took her time to really worked those areas that were hurting me. The reason why I have 4 Stars is because of the receptionists. I feel that they are not well prepared. It was my 1st time coming to the location and I arrived 10 mins early to make sure I have time to fill out any paper work. They were not prepared for it and I needed to reminded that I am a new member to this location before they gave me the iPad to fill out my info. read more

Massage Envy - Massage Near Me - Kahului, Hawaii

I've had a few massages by Kirsti and she is absolutely incredible with her technique, style and ease of making my body feel relaxed. I was able to completely enjoy my massage because she never made my muscles tense up and nothing ever felt painful. This comes from her experience and her sixth sense of how to read your body and what it is telling her it needs. She knows how to massage in a way that my body and muscles responded positively. I will absolutely return to have more massages with Kirsti! Thank you Kirsti! read more

I always appreciate the warm welcoming staff at Maui Massage Envy. I also appreciate there attention to making sure everything is sanitized and clean. Restrooms are always super clean and sanitized between users. I've been a member for over 3 years now and would definitely recommend Massage Envy to anyone thinking about joining. read more

Being a member might mean I'll be doing frequent reviews with ME. I initially signed up with the plan being I'd have an hour session per month to treat myself. What the heck right? I work hard, therefore I can treat myself at least once a month. Well thank goodness their membership allows for unused sessions to be combined and used for a longer session that the normal 60 minute facial or massage. Because I had 3 hours unused, I went online (thank goodness for technology) and scheduled a 90 minute facial on the next available day I had. Which to my surprise was within 3 days. I excitedly counted the hours before my 90 minutes of bliss. As their protocol, I received a text message on Friday reminding me of my 90 minute facial and again...the excitement built up within me. I walk in a 15 minutes prior to my appointment (as they request) and was greeted warmly by their receptionist. After going over the basic information (contact information, health issues, what I expect from my appointment) I was escorted to their tranquility room. After sitting for a few minutes, Caroline greeted me and I followed her to my room. She went over what line she was going to use (Jan Marini Skin Care) and what I would expect during my treatment. She went over the line briefly and mentioned that I would have 2 masks throughout my treatment. Then she mentioned extraction and my "Dr. Pimple Popper" happiness erupted within. I know, gross. But it's a simple pleasure to know that she'd not only treat my face with extra love and happiness, but to know the yuckiness would be removed and cleansed from my face. Immediately after lying down, Christine ensured that I was comfortable. Well covered with a pillow under my knees to take the pressure off of my lower back and a nicely warmed bed with the AC set at the right temperature. I knew I was going enjoy my 90 minutes in heaven. 90 minutes of heaven was what I encountered. From the cleansing, masks, massage to my face, decolletage, arms and hands. I fell asleep during the massage portion. I do hope I wasn't doing my manly snore. I have a high tolerance for pain, so the extraction wasn't as painful as I thought it was going to be. Christine did mention that because it's been awhile since I've had a facial, she did some deep extractions to make sure I was "clean". Again, this is one of my favorite parts of a facial and although it can be a bit painful, be mentally prepared for it and it'll pass by in a second. Christine then applied a mask on and as it dried, she then went ahead and did a mini massage to my decolletage, arms and hands. I believe this is where I may have snoozed into lala land for a bit. I must say when I thought she was finished, I was wrong. There was more applications of moisturizers, serums, etc. And all throughout these processes my face was getting the full treatment of massages and soaking in all of the happy, goodness that Christine was applying. At the 90 minute mark, my heavenly adventure ended and although I was a bit saddened, I felt refreshed, clean and ready to concur the world. I was nice and relaxed and looked forward what the rest of my day had in store for me. I really must say it's such a deal to be a member and have the luxury of either a massage, facial or stretch to choose from. The staff is wonderful and the facility is clean. If I had one suggestion for ME is that if the staff and clientele was walking through the halls to use soft tones. During the beginning part of my treatment there was laughing and talking that sounded like they were right outside my door. I can't wait for my next treatment....massage... read more

I have to say my experience with Massage Envy has been awesome. I took me a minute to really find the perfect fit for the therapist that I want to go to, but if you are looking for a n awesome facial, check out Cassi!! Oops maybe I shouldn't give her name cause I always want to be able to get an appt. with her lol. She is very professional and thorough. I love going to her just to distress not only my face, but she is always making me crack up! Mahalo Cassi!! read more

I am a Massage Envy member from one of the first ones opened in Oahu. I thoroughly enjoy Massage Envy and have used my membership while traveling Nation-wide. I feel like it adds the cherry to top off all my trips. I made a trip to Maui and was glad I did. They were busy and pretty booked up. Like any amazing business the demand is high and the supply can seem low. Thankfully I called in advanced and was able to get an appointment! It was SOOOOOOOO worth the call in advance! Like EVERY Hawaii Massage Envy location the experience was amazing! I entered to a very warm welcome and left feeling 1000% better! Thanks Massage Envy Hawaii for always making me feel special and amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars and more than 2 thumbs up I would! PS... to the bad reviews or complaints; in my experience any business that I have called that has immediate availability open the same day, usually has availability the same day for a reason... they aren't busy for a reason and they aren't worth it. read more

Great massage therapists! The front desk is very nice and helpful too. I have a membership and since I travel around alot it's nice to get massage wherever I am. I've never been somewhere that didn't have a location. read more

I joined almost 2 months ago and am having difficulty getting an appointment. The Massage Envy app always shows "sold out"regardless of the date it time. It appears they don't have enough employees to make it work so that everyone can be served. Quite disappointing. read more

Thanks to Massage Envy for being such a great family to me for the past 4 years! No matter where I travel, I know my membership provides me with the best care possible through their Wellness Program. Knowing that I can trust that any Massage Envy location can exceed my expectations is amazing! Specifically, I have truly enjoyed every session I've had at Massage Envy Maui and the variety of therapist styles here is truly exceptional. I am so glad that each therapist continues to take great care of me. Massage Envy has literally healed me through the years from a semi-truck accident, back spasms, neck aches, knee injuries, numbness and pain, a ton of sore muscles, and much more! read more

That sucked... lose money! Never again! Desk girls have no aloha and made us feel super unwelcome, got the vibe that they only want to cater to other transplants like themselves.. then try sales pitch to get us to join a membership, making my wife uncomfortable by asking "why not?!" When we declined the membership! Everyone knows that's unacceptable from a salesperson . Massage therapist was sweet and I don't mean to put her down but I asked for an hard massage and it wasn't even close and only lasted 45 minutes when I paid for an hour. Disappointed for sure but I should have known better since it's a corporate mainland style business BUY LOCAL! SUPPORT LOCAL! read more

The staff here are amazing! It can be hard to book a massage unless you're okay booking 1.5 months ahead using the online system or app, however if you call there is a better chance of getting in sooner. Truly love this place! read more

Provides good service. Staff are friendly. Convenient online scheduling. Offer a variety different massages.

I can't get enough of Massage Envy Hawaii and the Maui location is no exception! Everything from the ambience to service makes my experience blissful. I enter a stressed out ball of muscle and leave a zen woman! All of the therapists I have had at ME are fantastic. I have literally never had a bad massage, which I can't say for those high end spas at the resorts. This is because they know the local community is their heart and want us back for more. I see it and feel it with every visit! Thanks for all you do to keep me zen Massage Envy! My family appreciates it read more

I have been enjoying massages and facials at Massage Envy on Maui for a little over a year. What a great treat I have given myself!!! The staff is very friendly and genuinely interested in me. No appointment until July. I was told this on June 11. Why did I even bother to become a member? Don't waste your money.

I've had the opportunity to get the best massages from the very best, because of Massage Envy. Each staff is responsive, thoughtful, and extremely professional. I have a very busy schedule so getting a massage is the last thing on my mind. Thankfully, the front desk associates will call me to ask if I would like to use my hours that I have accumulated. It is the smartest way to remind people that even though we have busy lives, we need to take care of ourselves. These are just a few reasons why I have recommended Massage Envy to friends and family. This had led them to recommend M.E. to their friends and family who have had nothing but absolutely great things to say. Thank you Maui M.E. staff for always taking care. Aloha! read more

If and when you can get in to get a massage I have been very satisfied. I have been canceled the day of the massage and was unable to schedule a new massage for three weeks. They've completely oversold this program for the number of masseuses they have. If you want a massage scheduled a month ahead this is OK. If you have any physical issues were you need a massage, this isn't the place for you. read more

LOVE MASSAGE ENVY. Definitely worth the membership. Kirsten is amazing!!! She's very knowledgeable and great at what she does. I love deep tissue and I don't find myself asking to apply more pressure and that's huge for me! She gets booked very quickly and you'll definitely see why! read more

Been a member since they opened. So far, i'm quite pleased. Massage: Kristin is an excellent masseuse. My experience with her was seamless, relaxing, and very enjoyable. I stack up my credits so i can enjoy the 90 min massages...60 min is never enough IMO. Facial: Jeryl was an awesome estheticians. My treatment was very enjoyable and relaxing. Check in/ Check out: Check in goes seamlessly, but Check out always seems to be slow/ a bummer.. Since everything is already paid for ( i have a membership), it would be nice to just leave after my massage instead of waiting to check out. I've gotten many massages from all different types of establishments, and payment is always done in the beginning. Last thing i want to do after a nice relaxing massage is sit around and wait and become irritated. They should consider changing this process. Overall, i am enjoying my membership. read more

I had David, he's new to Maui but has over a decade with ME. To say it was good or great is an understatement. He gave me the best physical therapy I've ever had. I left there without pain in my arms and I had nothing but pain in my arms neck and chest. Wonderful, amazing and WW am I grateful. I'll be home for Thanksgiving and I'm booking him a month in advance. read more

Thanks to my daughter I am a club member and had accumulated a couple of hours worth of treatments so when I found myself aching from a rough couple of weeks, I booked a 90 minute session with a new therapist named Marsha. Upon checking in I was asked if I'd like to do a 2 hour session instead...DUH of course I said SURE and was a little giddy because I'd never had a 2 hour before! Well...lemme tell you...though she is a tiny little thing, Marsha is...MIGHTY! She was very communicative, strong and exceptionally intuitive. I am still experiencing the benefits of that massage which was a week ago. I already booked my next 2 hour in November and look forward to having Marsha as my therapist again! read more

unfortunately I went to their website and booked an appointment and then after awhile I noticed I didn't get a confirmation, then I went in to see if there was a problem and of course I wasn't on the schedule and they had no more massages available that day and I booked my whole day around getting a massage. Big bummer. read more
