I waited for 30 minutes as the door as locked and the lights were off. No one ever showed up and no one answered my phone calls. I left a voicemail and went home. 2 days later, no one had returned my call and the phone went to a full voice mailbox. Finally I called and got an answer. When I inquired as to why no one was there for my appointment, I was informed they closed because of the weather. However, I was not informed of this and instead wasted an hour of my day driving there and back and waiting for 30 minutes. I rescheduled my appointment to give them another chance. When I got to my appointment, she had me fill out paperwork, etc and we probably got started 10 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (6pm). They are based out of a salon, and during the massage, I could hear the electric clippers buzzing and the TV speakers which really killed the relaxation vibe. At 7:15, she told me that my appointment time was up. So after wasting a day on a cancelled appointment that I was not informed of, my 90 minute massage turned into a 65 minute massage. I never received an apology for the no show appointment and did not receive the service I paid for. Very disappointed.
