I got a spray tan from here about a year ago and it looked good. Recently I went back for another and it turned out HORRIBLE. it was running down my legs and neck and so so splotchy. The woman who did it said it was supposed to look that way and completely brushed off the fact that i looked awful. Waited almost 45 minutes, when I had a scheduled appointment. Technician was polite and apologetic, at least. Spray tan was uneven, and open gaps left on arms and neck. I have been looking for a good spot that does facials. I came across the website for Drench Day Spa. They took my information down and sent me a confirmation text and also a reminder that day before my appointment which is awesome because I have such a hectic schedule, that I do forget appointments. I had some difficulty locating the spa. It's actually located on top of the yoga facility and the parking lot is behind the building. The stair access to get to the facility is in the back where you park. When I came in, I was greeted in a friendly manner. The color of the walls and ambiance was nice. I was taken to the back in a waiting area for my esthetician. There are couches and chairs, water, coffee and granola bars to indulge in while you wait. I did not have to wait long at all. I was taken to the another room with a spa bed, also had a shower and a sink as well. I got the detoxifying facial. It was definitely relaxing, had several different products put on my face. As I was getting the facial, I did have my doubts as to what my face would look like when it was done. It just seemed like product after product was being placed on my skin and I wasn't sure if it was going to really cleanse my skin. The entire facial lasted about 50 minutes. I was given water to drink after my facial for hydration. As I left the salon, I wasn't a hundred percent sure how I felt but when I saw my face in the car outdoors, my face was glowing. It looked very clean, bright, smooth, and healthy. I was happy with my facial and would come back here again. The only thing I'd recommend is taking off your makeup before you go. I came from out of town for a wedding and made quite the effort to get to my appointment on time..to then wait almost half an hour. The girl at the front desk was pretty unfriendly and didn't even apologize. The girl who did my spray tan was friendly and did apologize for the wait. However, as soon as she started spraying me I told her I forgot to put lotion on my hands and feet. We could have easily paused for me to do that but she said don't worry about it, it wasn't really necessary. Well, she lied. My hands and feet were brown and looked horrible. It was very frustrating and disappointing, considering I was the matron I'd honor and walked down the aisle. Won't be going back or recommending this place to any of my family in the area. read more

My mother-in-law and I have had massages and facials. Everything was wonderful. Beautiful facilities and friendly staff. This is my mil's favorite for facials. When we went for massages, the therapist was male. He is excellent but I have to admit I'm not 100% comfortable with a male therapist. I don't want to take away from his skill or professionalism, so 5-star rating applies- just my preference. read more

Never Again!!!! I went here awhile back and had the best massage I'd ever had. So I went back a few weeks ago, and they had a different masseuse. Worst. Massage. Ever. I asked her to concentrate on one very painful area of my lower back (and pointed it out to her and told her that I didn't care if she didn't touch another part of my body, so long as she worked out that area). She touched that part of my back ONCE the entire hour massage. I also told her I liked a lot of pressure and she didn't give me that. She didn't even ask during the massage how the pressure was. Management has been unhelpful. First time I've ever tipped $0 at a spa and they refuse to issue a refund. They've offered "credit", but I'd have to pay a babysitter or take time off work, and I'm paying good money just to get another terrible massage. read more

Not the best for airbrush tans... this used to be my favorite place to get an airbrush tan but the last 3 times I've gotten one I've been very disappointed. The ladies who work there are all so nice and they have redone my tan in the past when the machine blew out only air instead of tanning solution. I got an airbrush tan Thursday using the darkest solution and was excited to be tan for an event but was extremely disappointed with the results. I took off work, prepped for the tan, paid and tipped, didn't wash it off for 12 hours (all the things that go into getting a tan!) and when I showered the next morning it looked like she had missed my face all together (it was still white as a sheet- even tho I had no make up or lotion on my face prior to the tan) and the rest of my body was splotchy but not even tan splotches. Since it was for an out of town event I had to get it redone in another state and the lady at the other tanning salon asked me if I had attempted to spray myself because it was so bad. Long story short, I love getting waxing and eyelashes at Drench but not air brush tans. read more
