At first I was skeptical due to the pricing and I knew I would be pressured to purchase a membership. However, with the "first time visitors" 1hour massage for $49.99, I thought I would give it a try. In the past I have paid for massages however the therapists were never able to move past my neck or shoulders due to my many knots. I arrived to the facility 10 minutes early and had minor paperwork to fill out. I was given a tour and was taken to a relaxing room with a fire place. (It was nice being reminded to turn off my phone too!). My therapist was super friendly and I explained in the past of the issue of only being able to work on my neck and shoulders. She was very calm and friendly which helped to relax me immediately. I love the heated massage tables talk and the cozy purple fuzzy blankets which make the facility appear high class and elegant! The massage lasted 50 minutes hands on (with 10 minute consultation). I was so relaxed and my whole body was worked on! The pressure was perfect and I felt like I was in heaven! I believe her name was Armani...she was wonderful! At the end I decided to join the membership due to the ability to treat myself to a massage monthly with my high demanding job. I also liked the opportunity to "gift" my massage to a family/friend or "upgrade" to an hour facial with head/arm/neck hand massage for $10 extra. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and outgoing which made it enjoyable. (At times I find if you are not dressed to a "10" with perfect make-up on and you are younger, people do not give you the time of day. However, arriving on a Sunday afternoon with a sweatshirt on and my hair pulled in a bun with no make-up...well it didn't matter!) A co-worker referred me to Envy, saying everything was great there. I've had so much stress in my life lately and just needed to treat my self for once. I called them for an appointment and was able to get in within 3 days. I was shocked! I arrived early and was greeted at the door with a friendly smile. The front of the spa was beautiful. Everyone treated me like I was the only one there and they were there for me. Everything went smoothly we discussed what I wanted out of the massage and on then before you even know it you are done. My massage therapist was Robin and she was great! I felt at ease and was able to speak to her about common interests without having that barrier. I had a session with my massage therapist this week, she tried some new techniques and BAM legs are pain free! 2 days in a row and I mean no pain! Even my family noticed how I was walking different. I had a facial done by Grace and it was so relaxing. My face has never felt and looked so good. All the products recommend have made such a difference in my skin. Thank you again for that amazing experience, best facial ever!! I tried to buy a product not refine refine recommed by Grace and she explained why it wasn't necessary and explained it in terms I could understand and didn't make me feel bad about trying to choose on my own. The massage therapist, Eric, is polite and courteous with his service and the Esthetician, Sarah, was excellent with educating me on my skin and skin products. I would never go anywhere else. My therapist works with me to suggest activities in-between massages to help with pain or stiffness. This is a very comfortable, professional setting.
