It is always clean and smelling fresh, and when I walk in it is instant relaxation and that's what I love.

The other reviews mention this and are why I decided to take my business to her. The place is clean and well-kept, and she is very careful to ensure she's providing the type of service you need during each session. However she is constantly 10-30m late to appointments, communicates poorly and doesn't seem to understand how this turns the expectation of relief into a frustrating and difficult experience.
