At first it was a little awkward because my masseuse did not speak English at all and she was massaging me while my husband just laid there for a good 15 minutes. She could not communicate if someone else was coming or if she would massage him after me. So he just awkwardly laid there while I was enjoying a really nice massage! (Please note I made the appointment a month in advance so I am not sure why this happened). So when his masseuse finally arrived it was much more relaxing for us both! They really did do a great job and left us feeling so relaxed. The hot stones were amazing! Neither of them spoke English and while that really did not affect their ability to give a great massage, it did make it a little awkward. We both laughed about it after because we honestly had no idea what was going on that first 15 minutes, but we did enjoy it and the ladies were very sweet. It was nice for me to be able to just lay there and chill for 15 minutes while she finished his massage! Overall, I would go again. It was a great price and probably one of the best massages I have had. The whole language barrier gives us a funny story to tell! The massage itself is 5 stars!

First impressions are everything and the receptionist was too busy to get me started with a new patient appointment. She told me to wait for her at the back door so she could give me paperwork to fill out. Good thing I sat down because 13 minutes later she was still doing other things like talking on the phone getting a payment instead of getting me checked in. Finally, i get ushered back into an exam room and the nurse puts a sliver of protective paper over where I am supposed to put my face on the most hideous chair I have ever seen. It must be from the 60's and the leather is almost completely worn off and full of super old foam. Eww. There is no way I was gonna lay down on that thing, and I had to wonder if they don't care about the chair, do they care about the patient in it? I didn't want to find out. Update: Thank you for the response but I am looking for a healthcare provider that provides a comfortable, safe facility conducive to my healing and that includes aesthetically pleasing rooms and enough office staff to make it a welcoming first encounter. Thanks and good luck to your reupholstered chairs.
