I'm not sure which visit this is for so I will include all of my recent visits. Dr. Polon is amazing! My favorite thing about her is that she doesn't push services on you that she doesn't think you need. I recently got my veins done and the outcome is great!! I scheduled to have lip filler (Kysse) and Dr. Polon said, no way you don't need it, let's do a lip flip. If you don't have a med spa that will tell you that, you aren't going to Rejuv and you're missing out! She also has been instrumental in not only helping me secure a new neurologist but she also works with the neurologist on my migraine Botox so she is sure I'm not overdone or they aren't negating each others' work. She's an amazing doctor. Marian is the best when it comes to being real with you and getting the results you want! She knows just what to do and what products you need at home. She's truly an expert in all things skin care!! Tiffany is the bomb with lashes!!! She is truly a pro at what she does! Both of my boys love Kayla and her ability to listen to them on what they what for haircuts. They are picky teenagers and she listens so well and truly is phenomenal with them. ReJuv spa and salon recently pampered my wedding party and myself for our recent wedding and I couldn't be more pleased!!! The entire team went above and beyond!!! Safety was top priority and all temperatures were checked, stations sanitized, social distancing and face masks were worn. The team is so talented and everyone's hair and makeup were gorgeous!!! Chelsea, Kristen, Kelsey, David, Michelle and the whole team were so nice and made such a relaxing and fun experience for us!! I came as a guest of my cousins and met David the hairstylist. Fell in love with him in the waiting room. He squeezed me into the schedule due to a post COVID hair loss concern and put some highlights into my hair. I had two important events this weekend and he made my visit to Erie complete with his sweet service. I work in a high end spa in Naples Florida and I never had such a beautiful, efficient, caring experience EVER!, The girls at the desk were also amazing. I have been going to ReJuv for probably 6 years now and I have never had a bad experience here. Ever since my previous stylist left, I've been seeing Kayla, and 4 years later there's no one else I will see (they're all great she just knows my hair best)! Tiffany is amazing at Dermoplaning process which is a surgical type blade removal of else as skin cells from your facial skin. This was my first time ever trying this procedure, and I highly recommend it. I also had a Lm eyelash refill as well as a mani/pedi to die for! Love the keg and foot scrub and massage that accompanies the pedi process. Topped it off with beautifully polished nails. Tiffany also suggested a couple new products for me to try. Lacey is amazing! My massage was nothing short of pure bliss. Her pressure was on point! She was so kind, enthusiastic and polite. Ugh... I don't know where to start but let's just say if I could rate this place a negative 10 I would. Bad experience , bad customer service, bad products. The Dr that runs this place doesn't even understand HIPPA laws. I wanted to have a pleasurable experience here ; unfortunately it was anything but that. Don't go! It's not worth it. Amy was recommended by a friend, so I scheduled a cut only, with the intention of having her also tell me what she would do with the color and I'd schedule another time for that.
