Inside, it's quiet and serene with low peaceful music playing in the background. I wanted a 90 minute deep tissue massage, with a little Swedish massage techniques integrated into the session and Jazlyn was able to accommodate to my liking which was great. Halfway through the massage, I found out she also does cupping, and so she put two cups on my back for some more relief. I've had many massages in the past, and I could tell Jazlyn is very good at her craft. I would recommend anyone who wants a relaxing massage experience to call and make a reservation with her!

The man has magic hands! Whom you may ask? Licensed massage therapist Jamee Mitchell. My recent…read morevisit to his new location at Suffolk Massage and Wellness on Holland Road in Suffolk was nothing short of spectacular. I was greeted as I entered the business and then escorted to the service room. Jamee then asked what areas I wanted him to pay attention to. He then reminded me that we had 90 minutes of therapy today. He is so well trained that he knows exactly what areas of your body are tense and what needs to be done for you to have the best experience on his massage table. He is incredibly easy to talk to during the session, if you choose to converse with him. The music was so soothing and relaxing, as well. The establishment is incredibly clean and sanitary. After the session was over, he informed me that he had left a complimentary bottle of water to drink to replenish my body after the massage. That was such a cool, personal touch to an already amazing experience. I left there feeling relaxed and stress free. My lower back was gone, and I could easily move that area again. I highly, and I mean highly, recommend Jamee Mitchell at Suffolk Massage and Wellness. There is no question that I will be returning monthly for another visit.

How is this woman still open?! She had great reviews on Groupon. My friend got us two 75 minute…read moremassages and facials. She was extremely flaky the entire time trying to book! It took us a month and a half to get an appt and she said she can only do one person at a time, so clearly she has no employees. She then texts us one hour before the appt and says she has an emergency. She asks us if we want to reschedule for 2 hours later than our original time (kind of weird if you just had an emergency but okay) then says, unless you want to do another day. Well considering we had to wait a month and a half we were going to take the next available time, 2 hours later. She texts us AGAIN to cancel right before the appt. I can't believe she had good reviews on Groupon. After looking on here and other places now I know. Beware!!! She's a scam! Edit: just noticed she told another negative reviewer this is "not her character" and she had a migraine. Actually, apparently it is because I've been reading other people say the same thing! Also, you have 2 yelp accounts...convenient that this one has more positive ones. Sounds like you tried to start a new one. Second edit because I can't respond to Amanda's response to my review. Attached is her excuse. Amanda I'm sorry if you're telling the truth and I hope all is well with your friend but unfortunately you cannot be believed. You have MULTIPLE bad reviews with people saying you came up with excuses to cancel. Sorry, but it is what is it. Do better!

I don't trust anybody to put me back together like I do the staff at VMM! I've booked with many different massage therapists here and I've never had a bad experience. This place has changed my life, and made my work and even daily life so much easier. The therapists are very precise and take extra care in each individuals own needs. They are also caring and passionate about what they do, I've always felt very welcomed and relaxed around the staff. The atmosphere is also very relaxing, cleanliness is on point and I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders almost immediately as I enter the building. I recently tried one of the new YoMassage classes. It was a 90 minute class, and it was kind of a mash up between Yin yoga, guided meditation/relaxation, and medical massage. I feel that I've benefited greatly from just one class and I definitely plan on returning. I'm in the middle of moving right now, and taking this class in between my packing sessions refreshed me completely and took a lot of my anxiety away. I fully recommend this facility, Andrea and her staff are miracle workers and they will change your life!

I wasn't really happy here…read more I got a Groupon, first of all, which gave me the wrong address to go to. The first two emails gave me an address- which I went to- but the last email right before the appointment had a different address I didn't notice. So I went to place 1- wasn't right. Then drove to place two, was late (because again I was given the wrong address) and so my 75 minute massage turned into a 45 minute one. I wasn't given an apology or anything, I even showed the woman the first email she sent me with that address. The massage bed was dirty with oil, I actually included a photo because I didn't want to sound like I was exaggerating. I bought 75 reflexology, hot stone and paid an extra 15 dollars for deep tissue. Britney I believe did mine, and there was zero reflexology unless you include her circling my foot around my ankle. 5 seconds tops. She didn't do what most massage therapists do, which is when they find a knot or specific area- they work it out. Instead it felt like she was just sort of giving everything a quick go over. (I actually filled out paperwork prior to this explaining the areas needing work) My back which was by far my worst area- she did in 5-7 minutes. Literally did nothing. The pressure wasn't the issue so it's not as though telling her to increase it would help. I was SOAKED btw at the end in oil, I felt so gross. And I've had a million massages, so I understand the use of oil. But this was excessive. Oh! And in the middle of the massage she had to stop at least 7 times to do something or prepare something (I don't just mean the hot stones which I understand she had to heat up and get) for like 45 seconds each time. She'd be bumping stuff around, I heard items fall and 45 seconds is kind of a long time to wait while getting a massage that it makes it way less relaxing and flowing if it's stop and go a lot. The only things that were great was the foot massage(that was EXCELLENT) and both women I spoke to were in general very nice. I just wasn't happy with my massage. The decor was also nice. Also at the end I asked if I could tip on the card and with the massage therapist literally standing next to me the woman asked "so how much will you tip her?" So it was awkward. I wanted to say "honestly 5-10% because it wasn't great at all" but felt weird being that big of a jerk so I did 20%. I hate writing bad reviews especially for a place with only 1 review so far so I know it will impact it... but this is some real honest feedback. Update: They contacted me on their Facebook review replies and essentially called me a liar, telling me the photo I took wasn't accurate and that I lied about the tip. I saw another review from someone on their Facebook who had similar issues and was also responded to badly. They said God told them to focus on positive reviews not bad ones
