My bad shoulder she took extra attention too as well, I always bring cash to tip, really who wouldn't rather have cash. And to avoid the credit card run fee, which all businesses charges you for one way or another , I'll pay in cash. But so far the best thing is I can call them and will be able to get a massage within the hour, instead of trying to make an appointment for days or weeks away, which never works with my schedule.
