I never like when getting service and they just talk the whole time to each other (loud). I wanted to give NO Stars but it wouldn't let me do it. My daughter went to get a back massage for $25 she's 16 so I stepped away to store nearby. I sent her the money, she calls me and say can you send me $5 more dollars. The man tells her to round to $30. So basically this dude was forcing her to give him a tip when I was coming back with cash to tip as I believe they should be tipped. After that NO TIP and will never go back. Unreal! My massage was ok. It wasn't what I asked for, but the language barrier was most at fault. As a massage therapist myself, I can tell you that you are never supposed to use your fingernails. The woman who did my massage seemed dead set on scratching my scalp until it was raw, which today, is really sore and sensitive. I could look past that, and had plans of returning. When I got to the desk to pay, I had some cash in my wallet, but didn't want to give it all to her so I wrote partial tip on the credit card slip. She got mad and then demanded I tip her 20%. Ummm, what? If you want to make more money, raise your prices. This was extremely unprofessional and left a horrible impression. I will not be back. They don't tell you until you go to pay that they also change a fee to pay with a credit card. Honestly, this is probably why y'all aren't busy, and have to sit and beg people to come in. read more

Needed a serious massage with all the workouts, home projects, and overall old-ness kicking in. I had this masseuse...Strong, stout lady...like they just pulled her off her lunch break from a Beijing construction site. I kid you not, strong lady...like she built half of the Great Wall all on her own kind of strong! Did the foot massage first, she put the blood flow back in my big toes since they were so numb from standing for so many hours during the week. A little too strong on the arches especially since I don't have any arch issues to begin with. Just tell her to make it less hard. English is broken, but she can communicate well enough. Then I had to switch from the seated area to go on the table for the back, neck, and partial arms. She popped one portion on my back left side rib area, but no cracking and popping anywhere else. But like I said she's super strong and started kneading my back like an angry baker called to come into work on his day off and started working my back like bread dough. Heavy handed and heavy forearms, worked my back like a dough hook making gluten! Then she scooped up my knee with one hand and pressed down on my upper back with the other hand and proceeded to fold me in half like a pocket knife. Nothing popped, but was hoping it would. She did the other leg the same way, then had me put my hands behind my back while she scooped up my arms from the elbows and proceeded to bend my upper half. So if you're a dude that's looking for a strong masseuse and not some sissy little back rub that leaves you unsatisfied, then try this place out. Only real down side is that there are some coin operated kid rides directly outside their parlor. And it plays a loud, annoying, and creepy kids laughter over and over again that can be audibly distracting when you're trying to relax. They should request the mall to relocate those dumb machines or at least mute that Children of the Corn laughter from those kiddie rides. read more
