The establishment was clean and smelled great, I was in a lot of pain and needed a 2 hour deep tissue massage. The girl that I had was very unprofessional. She kept texting during the massage and I kept catching her because she would pause, stay on one spot for long periods with one hand, or I could feel her phone vibrating in the table constantly. Plus she was not applying hard enough pressure and kept asking for more, I didn't go there for a rub down. I stopped the massage at around 45 minutes and ask for a refund. They kept asking me to stay and another lady apologized and asked if she could take over and I was so upset and just wanted my money back. I received half a refund and left. I have known Mia for 3 years now and she has always been professional, courteous and an excellent massage therapist.

I went there today because I got recommended this place and I really needed massage but I am completely disappointed and won't go back there again, Not only the massage lady wanted me to pay and tip her upfront and I tipped her really good, To me it's just weird that I had to pay before I get the service So I paid for 1 hour massage plus her tip but she gave me massage for only 40 minutes because I checked my watch when she started to massage me And NOT ONLY she cut 20 minutes short of the service but during the massage she stopped and got out of the room 2 times to greet another customers who came to that place So I basically got screwed over because that place asked me to pay the service and tip upfront and the massage lady didn't stick with the service time that I paid for and that is really bad and not cool at all read more

I highly recommend this place. One of the best massage therapy businesses in area and are very professional. They take last minute and emergency appointments too and are cost effective. I find it odd the negative comments below in reviews about tipping. True you must pay for massage first however you wish, but none of them working here have ever ask or demanded a tip upfront or even after services. I am a business owner as well, it would definitely bother me if someone was demanding tips. At the recommendation of my Chiropractor of 28+ years, i need to maintain regular massage for health. The other places, though trained and certified, seem mechanical and always apply one pressure deep or nothing. Other places make me feel more sore sometimes worse off when finished. This place, never. God truly gifted their hands. I have multiple sports injuries, circulation issues varicose veins and suffer from extreme muscle cramps in legs, feet. Stumbled across this place and have been going to Mia and her Staff for while now and my injures, circulation, even varicose veins have diminished has greatly improved and cramping reduced greatly. All I wanted was a foot massage but the only choice I was given was a 30min body/30min foot which I decided to do. The cost was $50 and I had to pay upfront which was a little unusual but I swiped my card. I was going to wait till the massage was complete but I was told "tip" so I put 10% and then the lady told me that was "too little" and that she only gets paid tip. It was just weird. Not sure if it was the communication barrier but I just asked for a refund, she was confused then she called for one of her coworkers and the coworker began to explain to me that's how they made money and that my top was too little. I told them all I wanted was a refund but they claimed they didn't know how so I asked for the owner and they told me the owner was in China, convenient. I called my card company and have to wait 3 business days before I can dispute the charge. Needless to say I will not be back. read more

I needed a massage last minute with no appointment. I got in no questions asked. The place is a little sketchy looking; only because it's small, with typical Asian decor. The lady asked me bluntly cash or credit card and that I needed to pay first. I'm usually skeptical about this but I did it anyway. I have her a $100 dollar bill, she took me into the room and told me to undress. She opened the door on me without knocking to give me my $40 change. I only had a thin sheet to cover up with, but let me say the massage was great. Perfect pressure, she used oil and hot stones. It's a bit obvious she is not trained through an accredited school, but what she lacked in that area you could tell she used her cultural training. I personally prefer a more trained massage therapist, but I did come out feeling very refreshed. read more

They want u to tip upfront. I got a hour long massage and the lady walked out to attend to different customers at least 4 times. Also i think she took a picture of my butt and sent it to another Asian women as I heard a camera flash go off on her phone and get immediately start to speak in Chinese after she took it. She also left door open everytime she went out the room on me to attend customer. More than likely won't go back. read more

My husband & I stumbled upon this place and decided to get a couples massage after a week of remodeling our home. He thinks that 3 stars is too low (his massage was good) but I'd rate mine as just ok. About 70% was quite relaxing but the rest left me wondering if my masseuse was formally trained. She alternated between very light touch to digging in with her fingertips, at times in very sensitive & painful places. On the upside both masseuses were very nice & welcoming. However there was a significant language barrier (which also made it difficult to convey my preferences). I'll check out other spas in the area, but might try this place again since my husband's experience was better than mine. read more

They do amazing!!! If I lived here I would definitely go back! I feel awesome!! They used the stones, hot oil, hot towels and it was $60 an hour. They are very sweet ladies. If you're a perv looking for the shady massage place this isn't the place to go. They have plenty of signs out about treating them the right way. DON'T COME HERE! I had 1 hour massage but about 5 min of those was a combination of going in and out to attend with the people that came coz the lady that did my massage was the only one there. Every time she hears the bells on the door she goes out. And there's a customer who actually came and peep his head on the room that I was getting my massage coz apparently the lady that's doing my massage thought it was her boss that had came so she didn't come out and check it. Also, like what the other comments said, they had you pay first and DEMAND you to tip them at a minimum of $15.00 for 1 hour massage! $15.00 for a crappy service. I would've not given that tip amount for that service. But for sure will be my last time coming here. read more
